I've ordered a bed on Made.com for 750€ and my wife and me were waiting patiently since delivery should have been 4-5 weeks.
So 1 day before the bed should been shipped to us the order overview in my Made.com account says still "in production" so I contacted customer support and they CS agent simply said it will be shipped in January 2023. So almost 6 months from now. He just simply said some issue occured he can't explain. Either I cancel the order or I wait. No apologies, nothing. The case that some data is not updated in the ERP system or something can always happen but I would have wished to be informed ahead that my ordered & paid bed won't arrive in time when I am moving into a new house. I basically just trusted Made.com and was thinking everything will be delivery as stated in my account. This is my only experience with Made.com and last one. Issues, mistakes can happen but please be pro-active and don't let customers stay in the dark...

My Kiruna bed arrived exactly when they said it would. After I put it together, which wasn't difficult, it was much nicer and better quality than I expected. I went to the show room in Berlin and the lady working there was very helpful and kind. I will without a doubt buy more from here.

I'm never disappointed with my made.com purchases. My last purchase was the Tulma shoe cabinet and a bedspread and matching cushions. Everything was delivered quickly and the shoe cabinet was very easy to assemble.

One of the orders had missing part so I contacted support and they quickly (during few hours) helped to resolve the issue.
There are often discounts which make prices very attractive, I recommend to subscribe to their emails to receive announcements if you want to save some money.

The service is just terrible. Ordered the Fabia lamp for 165 euro, got a product where only half of the bulbs work. Mediocre quality of the product and an expensive amount of money. Definetely not worth the money. After contacting the support they agreed to compensate me with the ridiculous amount of 5 EUR, if I don't send the lamp back and cover again transportation costs for 50 euro on my own. When I reject this generous offer I was offered for 15 euro refund. I can't believe that they offer such a pathetic customer support and I do not recommend made.com at all. Never again!

Will not let me cancel my order and products that arrived have the wrong color.
I have ordered multiple products on made.com through two orders. First (order number 1601587624). On July 2nd, I wanted to cancel the wardrobe because I had changed my mind about it again (which is totally within my rights as a consumer). I was told cancellation is not possible because it would ship by July 8th. This was already very weird because it is straight up not legal by German nor UK law. You cannot deny me the right to cancel an order because it will ship in a week. But okay, so sat still, it is now July 14th and the order has still not shipped - which means I still have not received the 1775€ for the wardrobe back, two weeks after I intended to cancel my order. Made.com is essentially holding 1775€ back from me because I cannot cancel my order because it will ship "soon". I have emailed them twice about this but they claim I cannot get my money back until the order is shipped and returned, this cannot possibly be legal at all and is absolutely crazy.
Second part of my experience (order 1601601757): I ordered the "Heaton
Wide Double Shoe Storage" in the color "Cappuccino & Walnut". I unfortunately cannot post pictures here but what I received was a GRAY shoe storage that was not anywhere near "cappuccino" colored as on the picture. And yes, the elements are pure gray, it is not a subjective matter of looking at it with odd lighting, I triple-checked it under all possible light conditions, the color is simply nowhere near what was advertised in the picture or the text. And mind you, this was a 425€ shoe storage. At that price, I basically received an Ikea-quality press board storage in the wrong color. I am so absolutely and completely disappointed. I have never had such a bad experience with an online shop ever before and I just want my money back and move on with my life at this point.

Terrible delays of several weeks after promised delivery date. I'm sitting at my empty home with no furniture because I ordered all furniture from MADE. The communication is terrible, company customer service is giving false information.

I ordered the Mobi chairs and Harlow sofas from Made.com and am super happy with the quality and service I received. The Mobi chairs are super comfortable and elegant…such a nice addition to our room. And the Harlow sofas are light & bright, with a Scandinavian flair. They are semi-firm with nice soft back cushions making them great to lounge on. We’re super happy with the quality and value of both purchases.

Bed and sofa was easy to assemble. They look expensive and i think sturdy since i haven’t used it for a long time. Purchasing them was such a good choice i made. And they contact you about the delivery so you won‘t have to worry not being at home.

I am incredibly disappointed of made.com. I have ordered a table end of novemeber 2021 and it still hasnt arrived. They postponed almost every month the delivery date...when I tried to reach them, they were giving me some excuses (at the beginning I was super patient and believed it), which I now do not accept anymore.
Anyhow, so everytime they said it will arrive then and then, and when I double checked on my profile, the delivery date was extended again....
I d rather pay more and buy from a local store, than order again furniture on made.com

I ordered Zaragossa Highboard (Bestellung #1601470099
Rechnungsnummer #1601228472) but it came without shelf fittings. I wrote the company on 26 February 2022 but I still did not receive the fittings to mount the shelves in Zaragoza Highboard. It looks like they have ignored my previous message. I still cannot start using the highboard.
