This is such a wonderful company with a passionate, knowledgeable founder who really knows his skincare. I'm thrilled with the copper peptides product that I purchased--really checks all the boxes in terms of price, quality, and product strength (the light texture is a pleasant bonus). Even the packaging is beautiful and distinctive. Shipping was fast, and I greatly appreciate not having to deal with customs before receiving the two orders I placed (I'm in Slovenia). That really counts for a lot in my book, even though I would be willing to go through it for the copper peptides. I'm curious to try other products, but in any case, I'll be repurchasing in the future. In the meantime I'm spreading the word. Thank you!!

Order was held up due to supply issues with GHK-CU Serum, additional bottle added as a good will gesture which was a nice touch, very few products in the UK show the peptide percentage & none have 3% at this price. Communication was good, order did turn up within three weeks, would highly recommend

Only just discovered this gem of a business. I've purchased quite a few items and they are all beautiful. Have dealt with Ella in their office and she is so helpful and lovely. Overall a brilliant experience. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Have used several MAS products, really love the rescue balm & moisturizer. Starting to use copper peptides now as well (one of the most affordable quality formulations) and had a great experience with Ella at Customer Service. Very professional & kind to resolve my small concern. Rob is wonderful too of course! 🙃💜

Exceptional Company run by a lovely man, who's products are superb. I have been using MAS since it's launch after seeking an alternative to the expensive Paula's Choice and Dr. Sam Bunting range. Rob's knowledge on Skin Care is incredible and his well formulated products are available at such a reasonable price. If only other companies could adopt his ethical approach. Do not hesitate to buy as his company deserves to succeed.

Scrolling through TikTok and the lovely Rob’s face appeared on my screen, he had such a kind and genuine look about him so I decided to stay and listen in, and that was the start of my journey, Robs skincare line is top tier. All you need to do is look at the ingredients list, they pack the biggest punch with zero irritation.
I am and will forever be a returning customer, my skin is the best it’s been in a very long time.

Really love the ethos of the brand and the products. The sunscreen is a holy grail for me and at a fabulous price point for the quality of the products.

Communication from the brand support agents is seriously disturbing, offending the customer who shares the feedback and claiming that no business will be further handled is absolutely out of line.

A recent encounter with the support left the feeling that someone hacked their mailbox; that's how rude it was. I asked why I didn't get a PR box as they promised they would send it and got a reply that there were "misplaced parcels" and the PR inset was no longer available. I expressed my sadness about it, as it was the primary reason why I ordered and they said to contact them in several months to see what they can do. I replied I wouldn't be doing that as it is uncomfortable for me to chase the brand for something that was already promised, so I'd pass. Now, I thought that'd be the end of that discussion and didn't expect any continuation, but they decided to reply, "At this time, I will ask Rob to deal with you and your complaints. I have offered a solution to which you find unacceptable, so please, do not contact this mailbox again with your complaints." Mind you, it was a support mailbox. I said it was a support mailbox and a rude answer. He replied, "You know what, I offered you a solution. Not my issue of you do not like it. We will no longer be responding to you as your entitlement is next level, not will we be conducting any further business With you. Now good bye. Your emails will no longer be accepted here." It went back and forth for some time after; I asked which entitlement he referred to as I didn't ask for anything, just shared the feedback and got several new replies of the same sort.
Update: So, that support agent said,"if you would like to return the parcel you have received with all unopened products, we will be thrilled to
offer you a refund as soon as the parcel is received back. Until then, we are done with you." I asked if they gonna compensate me for postage, he said "no" and apparently blocked me, since my reply to him disappeared.

I have been using these products for a few years now. They are uncomplicated and science backed. They have been formulated with the consumer in mind and have the benefit of being really affordable. I really like the ethos behind them and continue to use them as part of my every day skincare routine. Would recommend.

The products and customer service are top notch.

I received an order this week but was sent the wrong item. After emailing the issue, I received an immediate response with an apology, telling me to enjoy the wrong item I received and within 24 hours I got confirmation that the right item was sent with tracking details.

Dr. Sam Bunting needs to learn how to give quality customer service because her company's service is terrible.

I have been buying from this company since it started. They sell not only excellent thought out products in beautiful packaging, but their customer service is on point as well. Prompt and satisfactory response every time I needed them. I will stay a loyal customer and am excited what future products Rob comes up with!

Great small range of products, that do what they say they do.
Customer service is great if you have any issues. Always professional and deal with problems quickly and satisfactory.
Have been purchasing from them for sometime now. Usually flit between brands but Mad About Skin is now my staple products.

These are excellent products with great ingredients and at a brilliant price. The customer service is second to none and I will be continuing to use them and have no hesitation in recommending them.
