Naturally, we have not delivered an expired product with intent, but nevertheless this is absolutely not okay, and it is something I will follow up on with the staff in hand.

Good service with ok price
The driver was on time and he was a nice person. The vegetables and others was also fresh and in good conditions. One would expect the prices to be similar to the super markets since Coop is the owner of Facta and many more, but it is a bit more expensive for some of the stuff.

Good delivery, no rotten or moldy food - all fresh, lots of packaging - wish it could be more environment friendly.
Super friendly delivery staff. 10/10 carried it up 5 stories for me.

I paused my coop prime account
Today I paused my prime account with COOP, as the last month was not a good experience and I cannot see any approval from COOP team. lots of technical problems and I still have a basket that I could not checkout for 5 days ago, after calling COOP 3 times and it is not a 1st time that I can't check out using my bonus.
For sure COOP Mad and Shop and app and … are great project but one thing COOP might overlook is things cannot take their own sweet time any more as the world has been change by COVID-19. Moreover, the Amazon just became neighbor in Sweden, I think COOP would need to change the approach and be quicker.
I hope COOP look at this as a constructive feedback not just a criticism.
