I really like the overall interface of the app on my Windows computer. The interface is very user friendly. The quality of the downloads were very good. Converting the songs was sometimes kind of slow, but I think it was because of the processor in my computer was older. I also like that fact that you can convert single songs or entire playlist.

I was recently at a DJ gig with a buddy of mine when he mentioned the use of Macsome YouTube Downloader. I was blown away with how easy it was to download all my favorite tracks that only YouTube has to offer! I’m already a Macsome Tidal Downloader and will definitely be using the YouTube Downloader as well. As you may already know, Tidal does not offer a lot of the tracks like YouTube does so this is a huge advantage! Cannot wait to being to use this!

I've paid for a monthly service, the money is wired, but the promised registration mail for login didn't arrive. I emailed support, which is supposed to be a 24 hour service, but no reply. Just send a second mail, but by now I'm a little stressed. This is supposed to be a trustworthy company, but this sucks. Also there is no telephone support and without registration, cancellation is also impossible so next month the same amount will be transferred.

I am having trouble registering for the YouTube Downloader. Support answered me fast and was very helpful. Thank you so much for your support. I never could have figured this out without. Great customer service from a great person. Thanks a bunch! It works really well.

I first signed up for Macsome Tidal Music Downloader back in December of 2023. I cannot say enough about this program! It converted all my Tidal Playlists into MP3's. As a DJ, I was in a pinch with an upcoming gig at a location that had little to no WiFi.

As many of you may know, Djing with Tidal relies 100% on WiFi. I was able to convert and save all my Playlists on my MacBook and was able to deliver yet another successful Dj session. I strongly recommend this program!!

Color Blankety is perfect, not too bright, not too pale, just perfect nude everyday color for me. Smell is good. I will buy again some other shades.

Great program, does exactly what it's supposed to do. It's also very easy to use, you don't have to be a computer expert for it. If you need music from your streaming service offline, this is exactly what you need. When I had some issues with my account, I got quick and good help from the Macsome team. I initially accidentally overpaid, but I got the money refunded within a day. I also got answers to other questions within a day, and they provided good help. In short, I would recommend this program to anyone who loves music and needs to be able to play this music somewhere in a playlist where they can't use a computer.

My only comment would be that it would be nice to be able to download multiple playlists at once, as it would make it even easier to quickly import your favorite music in an organized way. Apart from that, just compliments, keep it up Macsome!

I haven’t had any trouble at all to begin using Macsome Tidal Music Downloader at the first run. For new users, the interface presents some initial guidelines.
Macsome Tidal Music Downloader has a CONFIG button, which takes you to a form where you can select the file format of the output files (MP3, FLAC, AAC, WM, etc.). On this same form, you can select the bitrate and sample rate and the output folder. You can also select the way the output files are named and how the output folder should be organized.
After that, all you have to do is to select a Tidal playlist, drag it to a button and click the CONVERT button. The conversion is made fast.
To be perfect, I think that the price of the LIFETIME license should be lower. In my opinion, the software is overpriced and half the price they are charging would be a fair price.

A great way, to down load music to you laptop or computer. Signing up was hassle free and the cost is small in regards to what you get and go on to achieve with Macsome music converter. I have windows 10, i took out a months license, I am now going to take a yearly licence out.

I downloaded and have been using Macsome's Spotify Audio Converter Platinum for about two months now. So far it's been a consistently good app for MacOS; some other Spotify converters that I've tried have had iffy performance (not recognizing and/or converting all the songs I've tried), but I haven't had any problems with Macsome's MacOS app.

My main complaint with Macsome's software is that it's disproportionately expensive. In this case, $15 per month, $60 per year, or $130 for a lifetime license. Less than half that amount for each tier (maybe $5 / $20 / $50) would be more reasonable IMO.

Having issues where the TIDAL version of the software hangs. It operates as bad as TUNEPAT converter. As a matter of fact, the interface is almost exactly the same as the TUNPAT verson. Does anyone know if they are the same company???

Downloaded the Macsome Tidal Music Downloader tool a few weeks ago. I'm glad to find that it allows me to download HiFi quality songs from Tidal, since it's the reason why I switched from Spotify to Tidal. The download speed is also very fast. Like it.

I purchased the Macsome for Spotify recently. Unfortunately, when the program did not work, I reached out to their customer service to troubleshoot. I initially got a response, but when I sent back the detailed response they required, I never heard back. I have since sent multiple emails asking for a refund, and have been completely ghosted. I cannot recommend this product. Not only did it not work, but I didn't have any help in troubleshooting or in the refund department. That, is called SCAM. It's unfortunate.
