The place is easy to get to the people are very friendly and helpful staff. With this cv19 they had to change the way they deal with there customers so order on line and you can get your items posted or you can pick them up at the store which is what I did and were ready by the time I got there. Will be my local place to get my cleaning products from.

MACS had the item I was looking for…
MACS had the item I was looking for (Bilt Hamber Auto Foam), at the best price that I could find it. As a new customer I got a further 10% off, and next day tracked courier delivery for only £1.99 (a limited time offer I think).
Product arrived on time, intact and well packed, and the invoice had signatures for the people that picked and checked the order. In addition to which there was a handwritten note thanking me for my order, together with a smiley face!
Overall I couldn't be happier with the product I received, the great communication, delivery and customer service.
I don't normally write testimonials, but I have to say that I was impressed and will definitely be using MACS again in future.

Absolutely GREAT customer service! One of my product arrived broken (currier fault) and got in touch with customer service and was able to resolve the issue instantaneously with a new replacement! Delivery is very fast too!
