I have been using it for a while now…

BEWARE FRANK AND JAMES ARE THIEVES!!!
I have been helping a family member because frank and James both scammed her out of $16000 CAD. They are telling her she needs to provide $8000 gas fees in order to access her monies they had her transfer over to a trust wallet. James generated said “key” and moved all money over to a view only mode (typical scammer move) to which now she cannot access it at all.
When Frank was contacted he was quick to deny that he told said party that he did inform on gas fees. Frank lured my family member knowing she was going through a hard time and wanting to try to create stability for her family. He took advantage of that! FRANK AND JAMES, BOTH stole from children’s mouths and are lying about it and will not make it right and send the $16000 back. James is now stating he also can not doing anything because it is now in the trust wallet. But there is no other person that was in communication.
These people are scammers at the highest level. BEWARE THEIFS!!!!!!

We also do not request “gas fees,” generate private keys, instruct clients to move funds to third-party wallets, or operate through Trust Wallet in the manner outlined in this comment.
The actions described are not consistent with Macro Venture’s operating procedures and strongly suggest interaction with unauthorized third parties impersonating a legitimate company. Unfortunately, such impersonation scams are increasingly common in the industry.
We genuinely regret that your family member experienced this situation. While we cannot access or control third-party wallets or transactions outside our platform, we strongly encourage you to report the matter to local authorities and relevant cybercrime units, as well as to any wallet provider involved.
If you believe our brand name was misused, please contact us through our official channels with any available details so we can document the case and assist where possible.
We are truly sorry this happened and appreciate you bringing this to public attention so others can remain vigilant.

My experience with Macro Venture Group has raised several serious concerns that I believe other consumers deserve to know before engaging with them. What initially appeared to be a legitimate and polished operation ultimately felt misleading and inconsistent with what was promised. In my case, key details shifted over time, communication became evasive when I requested clarification, and the overall process left me feeling that the information I was given upfront did not align with the reality of the engagement.
I’m sharing this based solely on my personal experience, but I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to conduct extensive research and proceed with caution. I wish I had been more skeptical at the outset.
I also want to highlight something I’ve observed on Trustpilot itself. Older reviews — including critical ones — seem to disappear over time, and the platform does not allow consumers to upload supporting screenshots or documentation that could provide helpful context. This creates a situation where only recent reviews remain visible, making it difficult for the public to see the full history of customer experiences. As a consumer, this lack of transparency is concerning, especially when dealing with companies where clarity and accountability are essential.
