4 tries to get it right
My son finally received his Christmas ( that I ordered at the end of November)table runner on Feb.18th after 4 tries and it was finally done the way I ordered it. Macorner asked me to update my review . So here it is! My recommendation is if you want it personalized and as a holiday gift get it somewhere else. But I did get a photo ornament that was very nice and didn’t take too long.

Absolutely disgusting
That's really gross. My daughter picked out a Mother's Day present, and we ordered it on March 4th. We're still waiting for the package today. AFTER buying it, you find out it's actually coming from China and takes weeks. When I asked how they could sell Mother's Day gifts knowing they wouldn't arrive on time, they said they weren't responsible for the shipping.
When I get the package, I'm reporting them to Citizen's Advice.

Its business run by AI bots, extensive adverts on social media with ZERO product delivery. Customer service does not exist. No order updates for over 10 days, on enquiring, all you get standard BOT typed replies.
Avoid at all costs, or be ready to file chargeback with card provider.

Simple, but wonderful, idea for a T-Shirt!

Overall..The BEST
Ordering was easy but the delivery was a bit tricky because it got delivered to the wrong address. It’s not the company’s fault but they were so helpful and was able to send me my order again. Customer service was great, communication was great, and even communication with the delivery company was great. And the product I’ve ordered was everything stated on the website. My husband loves it and I love seeing it in our vehicles. ❤️
