Just received my first order from Mackie Direct. I was doing some last minute panic craft buying and they had what I needed in stock and said the order would be dispatched same day if placed by 10am. It was! And I've already subbed some of the placemats. Absolutely perfect. This definitely won't be my last order, great service and products. And sweeeties too :)

I ordered sublimation acrylic blocks, came in individual boxes, with protection and the big box was well packaged, definitely happy

Highly recommend this company. Garry provided excellent customer service and communication from start to finish. They delivered a high quality product, provided advice on printing that was hugely helpful, and accommodated a late addition to the print requirements to still deliver on time. Very happy with the product, and would 100% use again for branded merchandise.

Just had 2 more delivery’s last week of mugs and tumblers. Next day delivery always well packed and you even get a bag of sweets in there which my girls love.

This is a family run business, where the most important thing is Customer Care. Gary & Amanda go out of their way to make every order perfect. Gary will often show you how to complete various items on the Facebook page and they both as well as the Mackie community will answer any questions you may have. I am a beginner at sublimation and this company was recommended to me. I ordered on a Friday afternoon and my order was delivered the next day. Even my son loved the delivery as you get a free bag of sweets which he nabbed quickly. The website has a great range of items and is easy to navigate, brilliant prices and the staff are very helpful. Would highly recommend. 5 stars from me.
