Tried their Mac Backup Guru trial software and had a problem. It wouldn't do as advertised. It would not backup by the schedule I had set. It only backed up the last of 5 scheduled events. I went to their website and contacted support and got no reply of any sort. Good thing I never purchased this non-functional app.

The Willis family scam. They "boys" have transfered the company into "daddies" name on 22/11/2023 . Maurice the owner lives in gurnsey, however the company is registered in hertford, that po box address isn't his, however the sons have new business registered there. Basically if you buy a laptop from the website they have no intention of ever sending it out to you. Daddy Maurice and Fiona of the Willis family scam, and your lads little Richard and John please rest assured that I have spent some time reporting you to everyone that cares, expect a knock at the door, along with anyone that helped you scam as much money as possible upon the closing of your failed attempt at business. You might be a cleaver bunch but your family are ugly heartless scammers, your dog is likely to have the best moral compass in your family and tbh I'm not entirely sure about that look in his eye.

These guys never shipped my product and haven't been replying to my mails or calls. This is a scam website. I will file a complaint with local authorities

I ordered a Mac Laptop on the 16th August and still has'nt arrived. I have tried emailing them with no reply. The phone number is not connecting saying i have dialled the wrong number. When i checked website it says the laptop i ordered is now out of stock.This company may have gone out of business. I do not recommend them.

Thus review is based in recent events transpiring from contact with this company.
I bought 2 items from them, 1= 2017 MacBook Pro & 1= 21.5” iMac.
All was great until I tried to use the Thunderbolt slots on the iMac none of them worked. So, I email rather than call, purely as a matter having a record of contact. So ye I emailed with the conundrum…….no reply, i sent another email, no response. I think ok it’s second hand or ‘Refurbished’ & leave it and get on with life.
Then about a month later my daughter went to use the MacBook to FT her friends in Canada, only to find the camera doesn’t work. Free a few hours of looking for a fix myself, trying various suggestions from apply support etc, the conclusion was that the camera was less than useful I’d say. So this time I called, spoke with James he said they didn’t have a like for like machine to swap, but if I to buy a external camera and they would pay 50/50. Mmmmm thought 50/50 the camera doesn’t work, therefore faulty equipment. Me being me again said ok it’s ‘Refurbished’ (Even though the website does state items such as camera are checked and working) I said ye ok I’ll but the camera and send you the receipt. Receipt sent a few days later……….NO payment has been received by MacDaddy.
Emails not being answered, phone number listed is non operational. I’m now looking thru my call list of the first contact. However one would hazard a guess that they may be struggling.

I bought a 2017 MacBook Air for my daughter. Pristine condition. Delivery was super fast. I can't recommend MacDaddy enough.

Laptop is exactly as described.however laptop did not come with MS office as described but they responded to me very quickly and even came and install the application in person.

Great service from a great company, I found MacDaddy purely by accident after scrolling through a certain search engine. 2nd or 3rd page I think it was, well I'm glad I did find them.
Their customer service is second to none, always replied to emails, and or text messages.
The machines they sell are truly what the advertise, we bought a MacBook Pro & an iMac.
I / we shall use again should the need arise.
