My family and I just had the worst return flight ever. We didn't deserve the nightmare caused by both the flight changes made by Cathay pacific airline to our original flight and be rerouted to the worst airport. Putting us through all these really frustrating, draining and helpless experience was something our family does not deserve at all.
We thank God for Anne from Mabuhay travel who did everything she can to help and got us out of the horrible situation at BRU airport. Though the internet and phone signal was very challenging she never failed to get in touch. We were let down big time by BRU staffs but Mabuhay travel staff Anne was our hero. Thank you so much!!!!
