My only suggestion would be that you add a little note when shipping to the EU about the amount of customs the customers have to pay. I know this is not exclusive to your brand but would be helpful anyway :)

Great customer service. When my parcel was delayed due to the COVID/Christmas rush, the team at Maavi went above and beyond to try to get a courrier delivery to me before Christmas.

It was posted off to you on 1st September as Monday 31st August was a bank holiday in the U.K. and the postal service is closed. We posted Premium International Track and Signed with Royal Mail, and so after that, it is entirely dependent upon the postal service in each country as to how quickly it is delivered.
