Fantastic service
I had been looking for a Life Fitness ICG indoor bike. It was a 'minefield' with so many companies offering A1 equipment. When I progressed the enquiries the equipment was marked and clearly had heavy use.
I emailed Motive8, and received a prompt response form them. I explained my needs and they provided all the information I needed. They were patient answering my numerous questions and guided me towards an ICG 6.
As I was purchasing without visiting, they provided multiple photos so I could see the condition of the bike. The bike is A1 condition, as good as a new bike.
We arranged delivery and this was prompt. Liz followed up with a call to check everything was well.
I cannot praise Motive8, in particular 'Liz' for the help.
I cannot comment on a commercial basis but I would have no hesitation in recommending Motive8 for home use.

This is my first time working with a PT, so I didn't really know what to expect. But Leah's been absolutely class.
What stands out is how dedicated she is. She comes to sessions with handwritten notes for each client, which might sound like a small thing, but it just shows she actually cares about your progress rather than just going through the motions.
She's got this knack for knowing exactly how hard to push you - tough enough that you actually get a proper workout and see results, but not so much that you dread the next session. That balance is what's kept me consistent, which, if I'm being honest, is something I've struggled with before.
If you're after a trainer who'll put in the effort and genuinely help you get somewhere rather than just counting reps, I can't recommend Leah enough.

This is our second season of yoga and circuit class in our residential gym, we have a new trainer for circuit, Taryll is good. Our yoga instructor is as good as last season too, my husband and I like both, we really enjoy the classes.

Federico’s Thursday circuits class in Silkstream is good fun! He gets the best out of everyone in the class, corrects our form and is super motivating. His music playlist is always a hit and we have a great time.

I’ve been training with Junior in Beauford Park for a while now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him more highly. He’s incredibly professional and genuinely dedicated to his clients. Every session is well thought out, and he always pays attention to proper form and detail.
Since training with him, my posture and neck issues have improved dramatically, and I feel much stronger and more confident overall. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and committed personal trainer, Junior is definitely the one to go for.

Motive8 manages our gym and Joe runs a great weekly class. He’s welcoming and adjusts the difficulty so everyone is able to do the whole class while also working pretty hard. A different set each week keeps us guessing and gives a good whole body workout.

I've now completed six sessions with Drew through Motive8. Drew is a truly exceptional coach whose methods are grounded in solid science - it's impressive how deeply he has researched the science of body transformation.
I came into my PT sessions looking for a personalised approach and motivation to push myself.
I'm yet to meet a coach that personalises his approach as much as Drew. Before meeting me, he took the time to reflect on all the pre-information I had shared. Then, in our first session, he worked with me to come up with a gameplan to hit my specific goals. Since then, every session has been customised to me, for example he’s adapted the sessions and regime to: 1. my preferences on which muscles to target 2. the training I do outside of our sessions and how recovery has gone 3. how well I respond to different coaching techniques during our sessions. You can tell Drew comes to each session excited to make it the best one yet.
On motivation and accountability, Drew brings a multi pronged approach. During the sessions he's laser focused, encouraging and making sure each session counts. He then blends traditional PT encouragement, with really helpful science based advice on how to make the most of my time both in and out of the gym.
What makes Drew different is he genuinely loves to coach, this is much more than a job for him and it really shines through in every session. If someone like me, who hadn't enjoyed the gym before, can become a convert, anyone can.

Have been attending weekly group classes with Joe in the gym of my building for a while now and very much enjoying it. Joe is a great teacher who tries to make each class a bit different and along with the feel-good aspect, I can also feel the benefits on my body.

Reshma Gupta teaches me Yoga and Pilates classes since September 2024. She is very disciplined, punctual and always comes to class on time. She is a fantastic instructor. Her directions are clear and precise, and she’s very observant, constantly checking your positioning. Her classes are truly for all levels, if you attend regularly it is more of a course moving though different focuses which I love, adding new techniques every week to get more from each pose as you progress. Reshma helped me improve my strength, endurance, and confidence. Although you feel very tired for the day, you’ll somehow come out relaxed after the classes. I am now consider these two classes as essential parts of my week. Reshma is a great instructor, will recommend her to anyone.

Even though I started with zero experience, he has been incredibly patient and dedicated, guiding me every step of the way. Amazing experience!
I've got motive8 managing the gym at my building and it's always in a great condition.
I've also purchased a PT package from them and my experience so far is excellent. The trainer, Ray, is very knowledgeable (honestly, how many abs exercises are there?!) and structures training sessions that hit the perfect balance of being challenging enough, but not insanely difficult. I am new to fitness, so it's been great to have him by my side, giving me advice and pushing me outside my comfort zone. My package is now over, but I definitely want to continue working with him this year.
