They regularly ignore emails of matters they don't want to deal with. If they make a decision it's usually wrong. I won all my cases against them at the ombudsman but they dragged their feet servicing the order and did the worst job they could possibly manage. Avoid!
Watchprop quick to defend their action but incompetent as managing agents of sectional titles. Competent lady led meetings but subsequently retired. Lady in her place doesn't send any messages whatsoever in Cape Town for messages on noise complaints to the Body Corporate. Seems to have a zero interest in doing so in spite of my requests to do so. Passes the buck in every possible way to avoid responsibility. Always talk not email caretaker is her response and with no contacts details. Not even sure where he stays
