I would please like an update on the

That i ordered on the 18th june almost 2 weeks ago.
My order is still saying processing and i made sure I ordered way before needed.
Communication is very non existent.
If I cannot recieve my hair for when its needed I will request a full refund

I love the hair texture and quality

Bought the Kinky Curly Highlighted half Wig it’s absolutely lush. ISEE packages the hair really well and the freebies are really good and useful, I love the fact they include a cute pink bonnet in there too.

Wig was very thin. Paid over $500 and had to buy 2 bundles to fill it. Very disappointed with iseehair as the hair that is advertised isn’t what I got. Really thought with the review it would’ve been better. To add to that it wouldn’t let me post my review on the website. I’m starting to think that the reviews are fake

TERRIBLE HAIR AND RUDE COMPANY. I haven't met anyone with a good experience with them so they are definitely deleting reviews. The worst wig I've ever received, I ordered 24" and received 20". Wore it once and it immediately matted, and sheds whoever you try to brush it. Customer service was so unhelpful, first they insisted I didn't take care of the wig properly, even though I am a hair stylist, then they only offered a partial refund or a voucher, even tough I had had the wig for less than 30 days and raised the refund within 30 days of receipt, so under UK Consumer Law I am entitled to a refund because I was sent a faulty product and it's the wrong length. Now I have to file a dispute through my bank to get my money back since they refuse. Save your money and buy from somewhere else

Edit: they asked me to update my review with my order number so they can help. Order number is 16601793332. They also asked me to email them. I already did email them and they were the ones who told me they won't refund my order, hence why I had to file a bank dispute. They're clearly just saying this publicly so they seem helpful. I will update my review if they actually respond and fix the situation.

When I say that I LOVE this company, I really do. Hair is amazing and the customer service is spectacular !!!

This company has exceptional customer service. I wanted to know about the delivery times and they communicated from the day I sent the message to the day I received the hair. I ordered on June 19th and my package arrived June 22..UNBELIEVABLE!!!
The hair is just as advertised, length, style and density. I will definitely recommend this company!

I have ordered multiple units from Isee Hair and I've always been pleases with the product. I usually require a smaller cap size and they have now revamped the caps! The caps are now equipped with not only combs, but also a drawstring! Just when I thought the quality couldn't get any better, the fit of the wig is absolutely perfect now. I have never had a wig with that perfect fit until now! You can literally just put this on and go. People ACTUALLY think this is my hair because the hairline is so natural.

This is probably my fifth time ordering from Isee Hair, and they never disappoint! My package arrived incredibly fast, the hair quality is amazing, and the wig looks beautiful. The customer service was also top-notch and made the entire experience even better. I’ll definitely continue to be a returning customer!

Had almost given up on the order, processing a reverse due to a massive delay. But the situation changed to become a whole beautiful experience. To say it's beautiful is an understatement. It was certainly worth the wait. I'm so grateful and will be buying again from ISEE Hair. Love the gifts too and the packaging oh my! The hair was beautiful. It was very awesome. It came with gifts that I’m most definitely gonna be using and I’m so thankful this hair company saved my life.

I want to start off with the communication and fast shipping. It was so easy to get in contact with them and they checked in right on time for any updates I needed on my package. They are so nice it’s more like talking to a best friend rather than someone who is just trying to get you out of the way. NOW LETS GET INTO THE HAIR!! I did the Burmese Curl 16” and baby I am in love. The way she curls up in the water and just looks over my locs. It’s really good quality hair but I can say if you want a really full look, get about 6-10 packs (yes I know it’s a lot but it will be so worth it and the hair is reusable).
