DO NOT USE ANY company operating on the Indiamart platform unless you want to lose your money. Especially A Square corporation. None of them will accept the safety of paying by credit card insisting on bank transfers and when your goods don’t arrive, you’ve lost your money

Initially as a first time buyer i was concerned due to paying for items via a third party app and not Paypal. I requested to buy medicine and was contacted by numerous suppliers and sellers. The supplier i chose ( Sky High Medex) was very good at communicating and guiding me through the payment process. After placing the order, i was still skeptical.

The supplier ( Himanshu of Sky High Medex) gave me a tracking number, which at first took a long time to update so i was unsure if it was legit, i was assured it was a few days later it appeared registering on the Royal Mail parcel tracking website.
So, for me Indiamart was a good choice and i can recommend Sky High Medex and its owner Himanshu Tolani for my medicine order, and they are a verified and trusted exporter on IndiaMart. My advice is to check Indiamart suppliers for if they have all the badges of verification,registered exporter certs, and length of time on the site with reviews, and perhaps start off with a small order to test.

I am writing this as a final reminder regarding the fraud complaint I submitted earlier against one of your listed sellers, Uma Rajput (GR Sports, Contact: 7987488114).
I paid a total of ₹5300 in four transactions for cricket bat stickers. She promised to deliver the product within 7 days but refused after 24 days and even abused me over WhatsApp. I have shared complete proof, including payment screenshots, chats, and call logs.
Despite multiple complaints and follow-ups, IndiaMART has taken no action and the matter remains unresolved.

They are just a bunch of Indian scammers. You'l don't know what kind of pills(poison) you are getting from them. They don't care if you potentially die. I got scammed by them. Never again will I recommend IndiaMart. Don't get scammed from
Keshavdas And Sons Med Exports or any supplier especially from NAVIN

Ive not been scammed once, not even twice, four times now. Thankfully I've found a decent company now. If it wasn't for the fact that meds on here are 20 times cheaper from companies on Indimart, I would have cut my losses at once but the prices in the west for meds is ridiculous. People are backed into the scammers corner..

I ordered pharmaceuticals from a company on the platform and they were completely fake. Despite the company saying they would refund me my money, they never did. IndiaMart's customer service help/Complaint Section is a scam also. After providing all the material they requested (it was all there, including purchase documentation and the promise to refund on the online chat platform) they said they couldn't help. I purposefully made no communication that was not a part of this chat platform so I would have a record, but IndiaMart would do nothing.

After I ordered via INDIAMART and sent my money to Ashutosh Pharma, they NEVER DELIVERED the promised goods to me. Instead, they offered cheap substitutes. Later I received only a part of my money back, $95 are gone. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING HERE, YOU MIGHT LOSE MONEY ON INDIAMART!

They Don’t Deliver
Simple as that. Placed an order, never got anything. I live in Australia and copied down the number written down by a certain reviewer here named Eula Delroy Cooper and stevens alice pegninton. The person they recommended ( Richard ) safely made my medication reach me without any hassle. Please take note of their reviews.

I was provided a vendor to buy my dutesteride pills and the items never arrived. The vendor, Radiance International, didn’t send in the right clearance customer documents as such my paid medication was not released. The company also refuse to resend my goods.
Emailed India mart to complain about the issue, and they said their customer service team will act upon it for me. Yet! Been over two weeks and no more news after collecting all evidence of payment and WhatsApp correspondence.
Honestly, not a trust worthy company to go to for vendors. When customers are cheated, they just hide behind the doors and pretend nothing happens.

I got scammed for 389,32 dollars and 210euro, there is a “company” named Supreme Export Pvt Ltd and i have been in contact with a seller name Muddassir Alam, this is big time scammers they will keep asking for more and more money for custom clearance, insurance, and all ein all countries that the package arrives in but the truth is there is no package this is all just a scam. they always ask for more and more money for customs clearance and all sorts of more excuses and promise that you will get it all paid back from the Zurich insurance company but that is just bullshit, unfortunately I fell for this but you learn from the experience and never order anything through Indiamart again, they also say they use some courier company named mercury courier service but i think that site is also a scam and the seller is also the courier company 🤣🤣

Wish I read it before. Order peptitedes from two sellers - one was overprice with fake labels and veeery long delivery. Other sent me different cheap product in much smaller quantity. And of course, IndiiaMart did nothing.

The Indiamart company has good products but its difficult to find reliable suppliers, i have been scammed over the couple of times, But I had a supplier who sent to me some go pharmaceutical powder to me and the purity was awesome i do really appreciate the supplier, Mr Vijay is his name and we spoke on 0091 92332 03214 he got great ketamine crystal powder and Alprazolam with high potent and i get he is a great supplier

I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered product. It's a big scam. Do not order anything from them.

Went directly to their website to order meds. But then they outsource and have other laboratories charge you for the orders. One of my orders was never fulfilled for $450 and their response was that they sublet vendors. I said well you still have to support your customer since I never received this package and They showed me that the person provided a tracking number so on their side the case was closed. Do not waste your time or money with them. They absolutely will not protect you as a consumer.

Indiamart is not a safe place for medicine.

Absolute scam. They take your money and call you 100 times and beg and plead for your money. Once you take their subscription their employees treat you like shit. They forcefully extract irrelevant data of your company that has got nothing to do with account activation and if you deny they won’t get your account live despite taking your hard earned money

They don't have zero otherwise would not even give 1 star. Misinformation of packages.

I had applied for the job of telecaller. Customer care job in IndiaMART. After the completion of the entire process, these employees said in the meeting that we cannot hire you. Because if you have worked in any role on IndiaMART's website, we will not bring you back. But I had not worked in telecaller. I was in dire need of work. I had worked in IndiaMART's affiliate program in which I had promoted the link. This is nothing. Whoever needs a job and their staff is behaving rudely. When we request them that Ma'am, is there any other option for doing a job in IndiaMART. So please don't waste your time. Because after completing your entire application I will tell you this for some reason or the other. If you have done the work first. I have lost faith in this website. And if you are requesting customer support then they are also not replying. I am very disappointed. After the whole process, you cannot dismiss anyone. That too without giving a proper answer. Don't west time buyer & Sellers

I ordered via FRONTIER EXPORTS and I must say they are very professional and reliable price.
The delivery is really fast .The goods arrive in just 6-8 days.The cost,the packaging and the after sales service gets 10/10.
They were in contact with me in watsapp all the time updating me of the delivery.
Frontier exports are the best.Will definately order again.
