My phone broke so I decided order a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S from the Spanish warehouse because it the website advertised fast delivery time (3-5 business days) order 85887105.
The phone never seemed to arrive even though the delivery company GLS said it was in transit. I contacted the banggood customer support and all they did as tell me to wait and check the local post office which doesn't make any sense at all.
As customer support did not seem to care, I decided to contact GLS myself and they informed the parcel has been lost. I took a screenshot of the conversation and reached out to content support again and asked them to send another phone. Again, all they did was tell me to wait (as if the phone would miraculously appear out of thin air) and left me hanging until 10th of August when they finally processed my refund request since I has to buy another phone from their competitors. The order was placed 12th June, it took almost two months to deal with a fast shipping order. Do not recommend at all.

It is now FOUR MONTHS (122 days) since I placed my order No. 82636959 for a men's wallet.
One third of a year later I have NOT received my order. I have emailed Banggood only to be given feeble excuses about delays in postal and customs services due to bad weather and Covid-19 !! No offer of a refund or replacement item !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

Totally scam, customer service is horrible, stay away at all costs. Bought an e-scooter from this website, broke in less than 2 months. Emailed them about the issue and sent them video proof. They responded they will investigate and would respond within 72 hours. Okay 72 hours later no response received, email them again, they would pretend they didn't know about the case and asking me to further explain the issue. Okay I replied to that email, then received same response stating they will investigate and would respond within 72 hours. And forever like this over and over again. I first contacted them on March 2020, it's now July 2020, no progress made at all.

Don't be suckered into buying nothing from Banggood their company name really describes them to a t they really "Banged Me Good " for my money I put an order for four hats in May 26 fast forward to July 12 and still no Products delivered no customer service period no phone number to call back no email nothing to communicate with them I think this company is fake and I got robbed for my money It's a scam it's probably a pimple faced nerd scamming people from his room stay away from Banggood

Poor customer service... There were missing parts in the package (such an EU adapter for a music bar) and they only gave me as a solution to buy it on a local store with my money.

Our system shows many many China Post parcels shipped in January and early February 2020 from Wuhan area were returned to shipper.
As Wuhan is the starting centre of coronavirus and had most infected patients in China during January, February and March. China Post Wuhan office worried that the parcel might have virus risk and has decided to return all the parcels shipped from Wuhan during January to March 2020.
The tracking result in China Post tracking system will show as “no record”,”cancelled”, “returned” or similar.
Right now we noticed that the return and shipment cancellation only happened in Wuhan area. If we found other area has similar situation, we will update the information in this post.
If you have something shipped during January and February from Wuhan area and have not get your item, please do not wait the parcel anymore, open dispute to paypal/aliexpress/amazon/ebay immediately to get your money back.

I've bought an Item in April and I received the shipment tracking after few days. 1 month later I wrote to their customer service because the tracking number wasn't working and they immediately replied me that the item was sent to the parcel company 2 days before so I have to wait 40-50 business days. that's incredible!!!
Avoid this company.....

Never shipped or even left processing? They said ship in 24 hours and it's been 3 days. I know it's cheap I figured I try. I cancelled the order. They also promise delivery date Wich after payment was about 2 weeks later

Item missing, slow delivery (three months), emails ignore and they refuse to refund. This is a complete joke of a business.

Don't trust their fake "positive" reviews

Just buy with caution and be prepared to lose money and a lot of time if for example you receive a defective product.
I would suggest you keep away.

5 stars for customer care. I normally would not import goods from abroad unless the exporter is someone I know. I took a risk with Banggood because their prices were too tempting. The risk paid off; I'm saving lots of money.

The Banggood customer care team were exceptionally friendly and promptly answered all my queries and concerns. I received my imports in good order.I did not even have to deal with customs (Banggood arranged everything).

One order I had to cancel. I received my refund, cash in bank, without any issues.

Prices are mostly very good.

This is a company that can be trusted.

I recommend Banggood to anyone that can read.

Dont even start to order things from this company... you will regret it!
