Zero honesty

I had a fuel leak from my high pressure pump, brought my car to this car service, told me on the phone the price to put a NEW piece inside is 800 euro. I googled and saw that the cost of a new item is around 700 euro so I confirmed with an email they can proceed. After a week I paid, took my car. Couple of days later discovered the pump replaced was a refurbished one. I called them and asked why this behaviour, no straight answer. Conclusion: paid a new item, got a refurbished one. Not a serious company. Be very careful with these people.
