Joined in March 2024 after seeing some great results from other users on the discord. So far I've been successful, and when I struggled the team helped me in any way they could. They're always there to answer questions, and share advise if needed. Any issues, they're dealt with quickly. Looking forward to continuing my dropshipping journey with dilato!

Great software with help from the start . Making life much easier having this, lots of resources at hand in the guides and group chat

Really can’t fault dilato one bit,It does exactly what it says on the tin and provides me with everything I need to scale my drop-shopping operations.

The team there are very supportive and are always on hand to help with any questions and the discord group provided is a great place to be. Being able to talk in a community with like minded individuals is fantastic and has offered a lot of guidance especially when I was starting out

Software is terrible, Tried to upload over 500k different items (all conforming to the requirements necessary) and only 3.5k managed to upload.

I raised this with customer service who did nothing, I raised it in the discord in front of other users (who also had this issue) and they cancelled my membership and sent me a petty little email saying they don't think their software is suited to me.

Your software is just as, if not more expensive than your competitors and has a fraction of the features, I expect the few features you do have to actually work.

Everything about dilato is amazing, the gold asins are amazing and the customer service is even better. I have only been with dilato 3 days and have already has 3 sales through the gold asins. When I've tried eBay myself I got 3 sales in a month. They also have a really helpful discord group. I didn't understand the system properly so they took me through what to do. I would say that a tracking service is needed but I found a way to get around that.

So far, so good, very helpful through all platforms, looking forward to working with them.

Dilato has the best customer service of any company I have dealt with. They worked with me throughout the day to resolve a problem I had with their app. Really a good place to be.

Overall, I had some confusion with the user interface to start with, took a bit to get used to. If you join the discord there is always someone on chat to help you. There are also full guides to refer back to, links are on discord. If that fails there are staff available via email.
I think the company is new and has good intentions, they supported me whenever i needed it just be patient with any bugs etc.

Some ways they could improve and things for new users to be aware of:

Lystr are new and growing, comes with occasional growing pains.

Please devs, add a 'cancel subscription' button in the dashboard - it just gives peace of mind and I wouldn't have worried so much if it was there.

Warn users before banning them on chat. I spent a good week banned and didn't know why. Couldn't access any support during that time from fellow dropshippers.

Let people know that they don't need to buy their Gold ASINs on sign up as they will get 250 or whatever for free.

Excellent company and excellent customer service. If you have any problems the customer service team respond fast and help to resolve your issue. The platform is really easy and convenient to use, especially for beginners. Would highly recommend.

Great software which comes with all the guidelines you need to get started. Their team are very helpful and respond quickly.

I recently started using this tool and it surprised me at how well it is put together, along with the supportive community it provides. Would recommend to anyone who is considering using eBay as a second source of income!

Lystr / Profitl are both exceptional. Both continuing to get better on a daily basis with the passionate staff members/developers.

Staff are very involved with customers and any errors that I have found have been checked almost instantly by a simple message in the discord.

10/10 fully recommend.
