i am not sure if this is a scam. maybe they just try to use some tool without customising. i paid two months, does the editing x times and was never able to download usable result because of login or workflow issue. i mean you always have to do the editing from the beginning, to find out there is some requirement from their side on the end. and one more little specific issue. the central european font coding is missing.
