Great service, just slightly buggy website still under construction.

Its usually on time and delivered what i have ordered also my rep Jack Upton-Penketh contacts me regularly to see that all is ok

Very good company, supplies nearly everything. We have been using them for some years and have found them efficient and helpful to deal with. Our account manager, Simon Davies has been very prompt in responding to queries.

My experience of Lyreco has been nothing but positive. 99.5% of my deliveries arrive as they should, and for the odd glitch (few and far between) we have experienced over the years, the Customer Service Department have been more than happy to help rectify the situation at the earliest opportunity. Sarah is my sales contact and has many years of experience in her field, which has been invaluable at times when looking for suggestions and alternative ideas.

we placed with Lyreco on 23-06-2026, the order arrived extremely late and to add to our troubles the order was incorrect.

The customer service team are excellent! Liam Allworth and Sarah Coulson are fantastic, me and Liam have a great weekly catchup on the latest deals. I love the ease of ordering and the favourites list makes ordering a swift transaction. All SDS sheets are automatically sent when chemicals are purchased, a lovely touch for buisnesses.
