If I could give No stars I would

If I could give No stars I would , I have been with lyphe for several years and nearly every single month there is an issue with my medication and when I have challenged lyphe and said there taking on too many people that they cannot care for properly especially with the amount of money I pay each month you would expect your medication to come and not to be lied to so I was expecting 50 g of medication to come on the 8th instead I only had 20g but I paid for 50g of flower I had no communication from them explaining where and when I would expect the rest I have had to send so many emails only to be told they had ran out of nearly everything n could only send what they had (which was 20g)and that the rest of my medication would be sent sometime this week so Thursday I sent another email asking where my medication was they said they would be sending out Friday well this morning I should’ve received a email from Royal Mail saying they would be delivering but NO and there not open over the weekend so I will have to wait until Monday to speak to them and if in stock I won’t get u til tues so I will have to but of the black market which will cost me money I do not have I wouldn’t mind but I need this for pain relief now I have a massive battle this weekend with pain so thanks lyphe for your non help , iv got to stop believing that what lyphe tell me isn’t true , I spend a lot of money each month £345 (when correct medication is in stock ), so. Would expect soo much better customer service which there is non here , it’s not hard stop being greedy & taking on patients that you cannot care for correctly
So today is Saturday and iv just gone into my banking and low n behold lyphe have given back my money for the medication they haven’t sent I cnt believe this not even a email the last email I had was Friday morning saying it’s in stock and would be sent out that day I want to swear but I won’t but that’s how angry I am I cnt believe knowbody has got back to me now what iv had my appointment with the dr and he made a perscription for 50 g not 20 what the hell is going on it would be nice for someone to call me and explain because this is disgusting , I put my trust in lyphe to get me my medication if I didn’t need the dr wouldn’t prescribe lyphe should let the drs know that there perscriptions haven’t been honoured I will keep my review updated when I get more news but to say I feel let down is a massive understatement

Another problem

arranged an appointment this morning at 9.30 with a Dr I only know as Andrew from Bradford. Before he hung up the call on me. Which I find rude and insulting (I didn't curse at him or wasn't unpleasant). I felt he was judging my health in a negative light. When I tried to explain I would like to try a different strain as using the same strain builds up a tolerance. He questioned this and tried to say it was unnecessary.
Dr Andrew has made my experience with Lyphe stressful negative again. I struggle everytime with the Dr's a lyphe. The last one forgot to sign my prescription so it was delayed for weeks. A previous Dr forgot to date the prescription so again it was delayed. Now Dr Andrew would think it's OK to tell me that my thoughts are irrelevant and even though he's not a user and doesn't suffer with my disease. He go's against what other Dr's have agreed with, (how using the same strain build a tolerance).
I

Again I can't express how disappointed I feel with Lyphe.

Horrible after Dr Bosman left

Horrible after Dr Bosman left. I have rand them six times and emailed them 4 times over the last 2 months and they still haven’t given my repeat scripts.
Going elsewhere
They have no idea how to treat patients with chronic pain.
