Never received my item. Now the emails come back as undeliverable

Bought a bouncy castle for my daughter and the package never arrived although the courier tracking says delivered. When i requested this to be looked at neither Lyncoy nor the courier company used by Lyncoy helped me. I lost my money with nothing in return and no one to follow up with.

Not even worth 1 star, I wish I can give -10. Ordered a bouncy castle from them , and received plastic useless turtle. I should have known, it was too cheap. :(
DO NOT buy from them, they are scammers! Saying goods on the way, but package will never get to you! They say it’s stuck at the custom etc etc. Avoid at all cost!!!!

They are scammers. There's a group on FB that has us all scam victims in it. They DO NOT send you a bounce house!! We all got either plastic toy turtles or socks. They are scammers.

TOTAL SCAM. Please do not buy from here ever. I purchased a bouncy castle back in May. I bizarrely got sent some crappy cheap sunglasses and was told that my purchase was delayed but on its way. I’ve sent over 25 emails(!) in correspondence with “Fiona Li” who I think is probably a bot or AI. The emails don’t make any sense. I’ve been told absolute nonsense about it being lost at sea, seized at customs and all sorts. No tracking information ever provided. The latest email:

Thanks for your reply!
In order to solve the customs seizure, our company has done everything we can. Does your friend or family member have a solution to the customs seizure? We have invested a lot of money, but the customs inspection still does not release our products, we are really angry.
Could you please help us solve the problem? Waiting for your reply!

After reading the comments about customers with similar stories, I now know that I will not receive my bouncy castle and won’t get my money back either. Gutted! This was a gift for my little boy. Complete scam. Shame on these people. AVOID THE SITE. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR GOODS.

Absolute scam. Ordered the bouncy castle on clearance sale on 18 th may for 45$ haven’t received it yet. I have send emails to them and no reply yet. So frustrating and enraged with these kind of scam. Learnt my lesson.

Fake company. You will never receive your order.

Crooks; worst online vendor scum! 3 months wait for delivery! Latest issue was customs problems and wanted me to help to retrieve the watch I purchased. Stay away from these people! A total FRAUD company.

Absolutely a scam, beware everyone!

They send me a ridiculous little toy. The playpen will never be delivered. I’ve sent 10 emails asking about the tracking number or my money back and unfortunately I’ve never had a response except saying to wait (it’s been 2 months already). I work hard to give something to my daughter and this is totally unfair and ridiculous.

Scam company, ordered a play pen for twins 1st birthday and got cheap sunglasses. Keep saying it's delivered.
We work hard for our money to enjoy the little things and then you have scammers. My fault should've paid with credit card..

I ordered a bouncy castle (smaller size) and realised the larger one came with a blower.I asked to cancel my order and I was refunded within 2 days

Scam,fraudsters. I ordered bouncy castle , they sent a turtle toy worth nothing. Email sent and they keep saying wait 20 days its now 2 months. Do not order please everyone. I am so disappointed. I usually never order from china, 1st time and scammed

I ordered jumping castle you sent me sunglasses an scarf for $76 dollars I have reported your company as scam to police should be ashamed to rip of disability people

It takes a special kind of low-life to scam people that want to buy something nice for their children. But sadly that's the world we live in. Have had the same experience as others, ordered a bouncy castle and received a cheap tacky wind up turtle toy. Fobbed off by email when asking for more info. Avoid.
