My tanks were a bit too small and the exchange and replacement process has been amazing.

My order was way too small. Was offered a free upgrade but had to pay freight. I wanted to send them back and get a refund, but they don’t do that!!!. I was offered a 30 percent refund but could keep the garments…yeah they are too small.
Turns out their advertising is quite misleading.
Product is sent from Hong Kong, refund is from Miami USA, making the claims on the website totally false.

WARNING this is not a NZ company even though they stated they were when I questioned them in one of the numerous communications I had over delivery delays. The communications I received were just too perfectly scripted, another warning flag. As for the product itself- well raw edges which frayed after the first gentle wash, a difference in sizing between colours, the sizing was way out, and the inserts weren't stable. After voicing my concerns and wanting to return the faulty products for a refund - impossible because they are not based in NZ, they have offered a very slight refund or to send replacements with a cost to me for shipping. Looking further these tanks can be purchased on Temu at quarter of the price so a final insult to a bad online shopping experience.

Great product! Incredibly comfortable! Had to return 1 item today as I’d ordered the wrong size and the service I got today to do this was exceptional. Very quick and satisfactory outcome.

I was feeling a bit negative with a long wait for them to arrive and then disappointment when I tried one on BUT the prompt reply and awesome customer service soon had a smile back on my face! I just hope the next size up gives the same awesome support your staff does. Thank you.

Replacing my wrong size order with no extra payment except postage went above and beyond what is expected these days. Much appreciated.
Have taken the extra "padding" out and is much more comfortable.

great interaction with customer service for a colour change after ordering.I have one and just took advantage of the two plus one and also the additional special on top of that....so five now :)

Fit very small and poorly made. I ordered a size up but still way too small. They offered to replace with a larger size but the shipping cost was very high and per item considering this was supposed to be free. They are made offshore when the advertisement is meant to look local. Disappointing experience.

I received excellent communication regarding a question I had, as well as updates on the delivery. The tank tops are currently in the mailing process, and I am looking forward to their arrival.

So easy to order and fast delivery. The product is excellent and so comfortable, great follow up too you felt valued as a customer.

While shipping was fast it came from Hong Kong after the storefront advertised NZ based. I could have bought exact product from Temu at 1/4 cost.
Sizing was waaaaay off and now I'm stuck with 3 tops that dont fit and out $99. Returns are a joke.

I made contact with customer service today via email. I wanted to discuss the order I had received. The person who dealt with my questions was very prompt in replying and very helpful explaining my options. Great communication.
