First Impressions: Pleasant Taste and Easy to Use

I needed help for my dry hair.
I bought the co wash and restoration
Treatment. I have used a co wash in the past from a different company, but this one was absolutely amazing. The slip was ridiculous. My hair was instantly soft. I was completely floored by the outcome. After I washed my hair. I use the restorative treatment, and my hair turned out amazing.I know I need to get the other products to get the look I want, but this was an amazing start. What I believe the company did well ?The product delivered for my type of hair. I have soft naturally coily hair and a lot of products that are made for african american hair is for really thick 4c hair. T Those don't work on my hair, but this does, and I was really impressed.

I haven't been using it a long time

I have included 1 star because i have to score. I would give this company and product -10 stars. I bought 8 bottles and just in the first few days I got adverse medical reaction and my doctor asked me to stop immediately. I asked for a refund as they mention a 30 day money back guarantee and I was within that period. They refused to offer the refund. Their website is full of false and misleading advertising. Everywhere it states that refunds will be issued, no questions asked, but they do not honour their terms. Awful customer service and customer respect. They are just a money spinning organisation. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. WASTE OF MONEY. WASTE OF TIME. THEY ARE AWFUL.
