I am sending this recommendation for Dr Suneet.

she was the first one I got in touch with. And from the very beginning she was very informative, detail oriented, quick, kind, and very helpful. She went above and beyond to help me get all the information i needed and understand it, and helped me walk through all the steps such as sending us the procedure quote in no time. Though i wasnt able to get the help i needed but she is very kind and very respectful.

I heard about Dr surbhi through a friend who had gotten an excellent service from her. All I can say is good job and continue with the excellent job you’ve are doing.

After being diagnosed with a pro lactic secreting tumor I visited a couple of hospital where by I was advised for surgery. Luckily I came across this kind,caring,helpful Dr Surbhi who was able to guide me accordingly,unlike other doctors who suggested for a surgery both in Kenya and India. I am now out of danger with just medicine prescribed by her(no surgery needed). Thanks to Dr surbhi for an excellent experience I now highly recommend Dr Surbhi.

When I contacted Anadolu medical center on behalf of my father, she was the first one I got in touch with. And from the very beginning she was very informative, detail oriented, quick, kind, and very helpful. She went above and beyond to help us get all the information we needed and understand it, and helped us walk through all the steps such as sending us the procedure quote in no time after she received my Father's diagnosis and x-ray made in Djibouti and all documents necessary to apply for the visa, making hotel reservation and arrangement for pick from the Airport.

Dr Suneet has a sense for details, she extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring.

What she did for us goes beyond her profession, she is an exceptional human being. My parents, my siblings and I are thankful for all she did and still doing.

Overall is good. The agent was very helpfull. But the problems is, why the lyfboat online system is using general without seeing patient personal data. Fyi, the patient is my mom, I cant join with my mom to malaysia because my duty in indonesia, so my mom travel with my sister to Subang medical center. From online register, i get lyfboat agent from india while im living in indonesia and want to get best surgeon doctor in Malaysia. Its lil bit dificult for my mom and my sister when she have to communicate because both mom and my sister cant speak english. And also when i register and input data we are not sign a contract (agent and patient) but why we must follow the first lyfboat agent that we get until we are finish for treatment, why the system cant search the nearest agent (Indonesia or malaysia) in order for simply and eficient. With all above problem, i think u have to check the system again. Thank you

I must say I am highly impress of the attention and timely attendance to queries and of particular importance is the attention given to me by Dr Sunset who saw to it that I got the desired medical attention in Zulekha hospital, Dubai.
