I lost my phone and my sim card and I had to order a new sim card and then transfer my phone number to the new number. Lycamobile support was very helpful and responsive and they did this transfer very quickly for me.

The card of my wife stopped working magically, and after several calls and attempts to register a new card online (because that is the only way to recover the number) the system not only doesn't recognize the swiss permit that she has but also it doesn't allow to change the document. The only way is to go to a retailer, and there aren't many.
Worse company ever, seriously
Update: I went yesterday to two retailers and one said that he only registered cards bought at his shop, so he didn't want register the card that I ordered online, and the other directly said that he didn't register cards at all. Funnily enough the Lycamobile support told me that if online didn't work I could go to any retailer and do it there. So, it's simply impossible for me to register the card that my wife needs to recover her phone number

The agent ID number 30103 and name Jersven provided the service which was refund for me. Though I needed to activate esim. But it wasn’t possible since I deleted esim from my sim cards. So the agent was polite but service of overall Lycamobile is completely bad. Lots of stress for no service which was declared.

The english customer service of this company is unprofessional, they have failed to verify my SIM card, and failed to refund me my money.
All the emails and phone calls were pointless. I wasted my time, money, and energy.

I have been requiring to have a refund from my balance on lycamobile. Now I cannot log in to the account and no refund have been given to me. I have been trying to call Lyca mobile and I am not allowed through. When I call them on their foreing number I get through to their customer service that all have the same answer " I am sorry I cannot hear you I have to end the call." I try several times to call and the same answer!!! This is scandalous and this company is clearly corrupt!
