It looked like a legitimate site

This website looked legitimate, but when I went through to the payment site, then there was an error saying "payment didn't go through".
Except the payment did go through. I have recieved no insurance documents, or even a policy number. When I return to the site, it simply gives me my previous quotes and prompts me for further payment.
The number given on the website goes to a voice mail stating that the office was closed, even during the stated opening hours on the site.
I have had good experiences with getting travel insurance LV before, which makes whole experience suspicious and I am not convinced that this web address is legitimate.
