The customer service at this company is outstanding. I found right away the straps were too short for my head and the eye protectors were not comfortable. I immediately got a response and within weeks had both replaced. The face and neck masks are doing a fabulous job of making my skin look and feel so much smoother and glowy!! So glad I did my research before purchasing.

Luyors LED Face Mask is an INVESTMENT. For the past 6 months, i have used mine a minium for 3 times a week, my blemishes have lightened (using the yellow light) and using the Red light my skin has become silky soft.
This makes for a wonderful gift 💝 ❤️

Really good product. Ive been using for 2 months now, 5 times a week. My skin is really good and Ive been getting comments that im glowing and I look younger! I personally have noticed that my skin is great now and when I wear make up I dont use foundation at all only eye concealer.

Do not recommend. Huge rash and eczema issue. Got this as a Christmas gift . Wish she researched before instead of reading questionable 5 star reviews and getting caught up on their marketing tactics.

2 months of use and my skin is horrible. Bumpy , dark spots , super sensitive. My chest has a massive breakout. I contacted customer service, they said it’s not the mask ( of course ). I now have to spend so much money reversing the effects of this at a skin care clinic and face. Not a good experience with this product. No $900 mask should ever do this. Maybe that’s why it’s always on sale

I just bought the product and I have used it only two times but so far it is great. I like the way it is presented and the box looks fancy. The company’s customer service is excellent. I had an issue with my address, I emailed them and they responded immediately and resolved it right away. I will definitely purchase from them again.

I ordered my mask over a weekend. It said 2-4 business days to come and it came on Tuesday. I’ve been using it since Christmas Eve. It’s New Year’s Day and I’ve notice the texture of my skin is so smooth. I’ve gotten blemishes and it has flattened my blemishes and my back acne. I use it on my chest but then flip it to my back and my skin on my back is so smooth. I’ve thought about using the chest piece in my stomachs stretch marks too. I was looking at omnilux bc it’s been said it’s the gold standard of masks. But at the same price point I get chest piece, and more wavelengths, and a longer warranty. So happy with my purchase and I’m very hopeful it helps with my spots lines and stretch marks as well.

This mask is awesome! Fast shipping, good battery life, great customer service, multiple modes and intensities for various skin concerns, and best of all, it gives real results! An added bonus I notice is my eyelashes and eyebrows are growing fast, and I have really fun colorful vivid dreams when I use it at night before bed. It’s only been a couple weeks but I definitely see a difference in the tone/texture of my skin. Can’t wait to see the long term results with consistent use. This is the best quality mask you will get at this price point!

I love the mask. I use the red and yellow light setting at night and the red and blue in the morning. I'm seeing a real difference in my skin and break-outs.

I have had my Luyors face and neck mask for around a year and a half. My neck mask was faulty, I emailed Luyors and was replied to immediately by Lea. I took pictures etc and within a matter of a couple of weeks my problems were resolved! Such excellent and amazing customer service! I am so impressed, There was never a problem, Lea whent above and beyond, and communication was fast and efficient. Many thanks, I highly recommend this company.

I really liked the effect this had on my skin but the battery died soon after the warranty period and the company did not offer a replacement.

It is a pretty expensive item if you can only use it for 14 months.

Love Love Love my equinox pro LED face and Neck Device from Luyors. Literally the best in the market, doesn't feel heavy and comfortably sits on my face. My skin looks clearer, brighter and more lifted, I pack it with me everytime I travel. So worth It.

I purchased the Luyors Equinox pro LED facemask about three months ago. I use it 2 to 3 times a week and I’m totally thrilled with the results. It’s so easy to put on, I can walk around with it on, watch TV or even read and it’s so fast. Only 10 minutes and I’m done. I get compliments on my skin constantly and I’m sure it’s because of the mask (and using good skin care products.) I had a very expensive handheld infrared facial wand that I was using but it took a long time to cover the whole face and only had one setting. I also love that the equinox has the neck and chest covered as well as five different light settings!! it’s perfect.

Bought 2 years ago. I think the mask its self is effective but the quality is poor. For the amount of money you spend it shouldn’t break in less than 2 years and I had 2 break. The part where the mask plugs into controller is flimsy and will eventually get loose and not work properly.
Bought because I wanted to support Canadian company, will repurchase another mask from Kala which is also a Canadian company with science backed products and better warranty.

So after 3 failed attempts at led masks I was very skeptical... the first 1 I bought hurt my face, the 2 second did absolutely nothing, the 3rd broke.. this is my 4th but my first luyors one... it took me ages to buy this after the bad experiences with other brands.. this one is absolutely amazing... best money I've spent....I wish id known about this company first...it is AMAZING....

Great product

The price for a set that covers face and decolletage is very reasonable. It's a great product that is helping the aging signs of my skin slowly disappear. Very pleased at how easy it is to use and how long it charges. Featuring a range of settings its flexible for how I wanted to treat different signs of aging on my skin.

This mask is brilliant. I went from always having clusters of spots on my face. This has stopped it. My skin is also more even in texture. My skin looked like crap even with makeup on my lumps and bumps...but now, wow! My skin is the clearest it's been in years and I now have a smooth looking finish when I wear makeup. The delivery was impressive aswell since this is from Canada and I am in northern Ireland. It is expensive yes but it's worth it. Im a 31 year old woman with very fair skin. Or very fair, clear skin now!!!!! :)

I am very happy with purchasing my mask. I started noticing changes within 1 week. My age spots were fading along with my fine lines. I find it very comfortable and relaxing. I would highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

Review for face and neck mask (after 8 mos of use) - My fine lines are considerably less pronounced under my eyes and around my mouth. The lines on my decolletage have faded and ALL the crepiness on my neck is gone. Both devices truly are game changers!

If anyone is thinking of buying this mask and neck piece, I highly recommend! I have been using it every night and it’s my favourite relaxing time of day. It 100% makes a positive difference, my skin is glowing and smooth and everyone asks what my secret is to such youthful skin. Customer service is outstanding. Very Highly recommend!!
