Terrible quality and customer service

Recently purchased a chandelier as my husband and I wanted a statement piece in our new home. The Skylard was dispatched and delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, the quality did not meet the expectation of the premium price we paid for it. The gold colour advertised turned out to be more of a matte bronze/copper, while screws supplied were of the gold we were expecting, making it look very mismatched. When putting it together, the screws were not able to be inserted flush into the intended space. Not only do they not match the colour of the chandelier, but they are now protruding from the main frame, making it look even messier and not worth the price advertised and paid for.

We have tried to contact customer services several times, to no avail. Utterly disappointed, and quite angry in fact. I wish we had gone for a much simpler chandelier at a fraction of the price, at least with that you get what you pay for!

Will not reply to emails….and not received item!

Ordered a chandelier back in May and received an email and call to say it was no longer in stock and we could have a refund or select another one. We said that we would hold on until it comes back in to stock. So far so good! I’ve now been trying to contact the company via email, chat function and call for weeks’ now and unfortunately they will not reply. Please reply and either refund us or send the chandelier. I will be contacting trading standards next week and visiting your warehouse if you do not reply to resolve. Order: 7671

I have an item to return that was…

I have an item to return that was wrongly described on the website (sizes incorrect) but cannot access the returns portal. I have emailed several times for a return address and had no correspondence. Now from reading previous reviews I am afraid I will not be able to return it. I am very upset as I struggled to pay for the expensive light which I am unable to use as it is too big and I cannot afford to buy a replacement at this time. Very dissapointed.

Gorgeous Chandelier, Great Service

I recently purchased a chandelier from Luxware and it's stunning. It has lovely detail and looks fantastic in my living room. Installation was easy, with clear instructions provided.
The quality is superb, and the customer service was excellent. They responded quickly to my questions and made sure my order arrived on time.
I'm thrilled with my purchase and would highly recommend Luxware if you're looking for a chandelier. I'd definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a crystal chandelier from…LUXWARE - Zero stars care

I ordered a crystal chandelier from Luxware and paid £349. The incorrect light fitting has arrived at a cheaper price - not only have they sent the incorrect fitting and size but they have taken my money for the more expensive & larger one which I originally ordered . After at least 10 urgent e mails I have had no response I was ordering at least another 10 lights from Luxware for a big renovation project but unfortunately they will not get my custom again unless they rectify this asap . Customer service zero - very disappointing and unacceptable to say the least .

Please do not buy from this company I…

Please do not buy from this company I have tried to contact them
Via email and every social media platform but completely ignored and stonewalled.. spent nearly £500 on chandlers with over half the crystals chipped damaged and totally unusable!! This has been so frustrating and totally unacceptable and the company just ignores all pleas to put this right and sort the issue ?? Why do they think it’s acceptable to treat customers in such a way ? They should be ashamed of themselves.

Placed an order and delivery was 3-5…

Placed an order and delivery was 3-5 days two weeks later still hasn’t arrived and I keep getting emails saying it’s with dhl and will be delivered soon. No updates from the company to say it wud be late delivery etc. won’t shop again.

Ordered set of dishes before…

Ordered set of dishes before Christmas's and now they have send me a refound without any explanation. Very disappointed with the service.

I would not recommend to anyone to shop with them to save yourself a disappointment...

If you advertise something for sale you don't have then close the shop instead of making false statements.

I was sent the incorrect item and had to send an email to them as this is the only way to contact them but I haven’t had a response as of yet. This was supposed to be a Christmas present which I will not be able to give to my family. I am still waiting for someone to respond back to my email

I’ve send a wrong item and contacted the company for exachange or return no one has replied to my email. Apart from that the quality of the item was really bad and cheaply made

Good experience in general

This was a product which I had been looking for as my local giftwsre shop had sold out.I was so pleased to be able to find this company online and to ourchase the exact product. It could have taken a bit quicker to come,I did miss one delivery because the courier had said they would come the day before and I waited in but it didn't arrive...

Great items; very bad cutsomer service

Update: Received my items after months... I still think that the customer service can do way, way better job by communicating in due time with their customers: delays are expected and perhaps accepted if you keep your customers informed, and at least, reply to inquiries.
Original: Purchased 4 items internationally which cost me another 35.70 pounds to ship, ended up paying 115.66 pounds. All is fine. Except that 20 days after the order (today is 27 Oct), I only received ONE item out of FOUR and no one is responding to my online messages!! Where are my items? Can I get my money back? No answer from anyone! Now that is some amazing customer service and follow through!
