VPS go offline regularly without notification and do not reboot themselves. You have to login daily to make sure your instances are not offline.

There is no grace period in auto renewals, so if they don't process payments on time your entire VPS goes offline and you need to send an email to tech support. Or you make another payment and end up paying for 2 months. Support generally not helpful as they can't even cancel auto rebills... lots of problems.

Whats the point of a cheap box if it goes offline and requires hand holding?

Service was provided in a very timely manner. The interface is easy to navigate.
The server are exactly as promised - the price/performance ratio is excellent!

Once there was a small hiccup. Although I contacted them on a Sunday, they responded quickly and competently and solved the issue within 15min

For now everything works correctly, without errors or falls I would say that it is one of the best vps providers in Germany, I recommend it

Support and Services is Great! Had only one minor Problem (wich was on my end) but else than that i had since 6 Month i never had Problems for Webhosting or VPS.

Damn, i never got enough with Germany VPS providers, and LuxVPS is one of them.

The support and hardware is top notch. I really love the custom VPS panel, it's just fresh and well thought.

Surely i can say it's better than Hetzner and Netcup in terms of pricing (performance per USD).

This provider is hard to beat, really. Ordered one Intel VPS to test. Instant deploy. Great speed, VPS maintains performance under higher load. Also, RAM size is excellent, tired of providers "BIG VPS" and then 4 GB of RAM.
Ordered second instance today. Happy to be a customer.
Mathias responds to all questions quickly, provides even a way to install a ISO outside their list.
10/10 pick them!
