Scam site . Took my money and when checking the order the page comes up as ‘error’. The lesson is when you think something is to be good to be true …

They scammed by advertising on instagram! Unbelievable how these got away- trusted this as it seemed like a genuine shop. Know not to trust insta advertisement blindly anymore. No where to report it either!

Scam all the way. Lost £50 on monitor scam. No product delivered. Avoid. Noted more adverts on FB via different company.

Shocking this Company should be had up for Fraud
The email address hello@luxvalu some idiot keeps reply asking the same question about your purchase and when you confirm all the information about your purchase date paid value and tracking number they come back with the same questions it must be one very big idiot answering the emails Scam Company don't buy anything from them

Do not order from them. Ordered and took my money in July. Never received my fan.

I emailed the company on August 10, 2025
I have not received my order yet. Please advise me of the order status…
Needless to say… I got NO RESPONSE!!!
There is not a contact phone number.
The CROOKS took MY MONEY!!!

If there was an option for "negative stars" thats the one i would have picked. ordered in July & never received. Emailing the company says "no longer available" I dont understand WHY people have to be scammers. I thought i had checked the reviews before but I guess NOT. I am disappointed in the human race (and myself LOL)

Please don't buy i wish I did look up the company before I purchased anything from them I bought a juicer from them July 18th I received a peice of red cloth from them I didn't know where the cloth comes from until I read everyone reviews I realise it come from them I emailed them but no reply there tracking number is fake I want my money back but god not sleeping you all will pay for all the wickedness you doing to people for there hard earned money

Absolute scam. I ordered 2 juicers and after reading the reviews in here I wondered why I received a piece of white gauze called a "towel" in the mail the other day. I didn't realise who it was from and threw it in the bin, I wish I kept it because now I can't get my money back from the bank. Ordered in early July. Link is broken and page has gone. Scammers!!
