BUYER BEWARE!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!!

I bought a watch from them through Chrono24. The watch was losing time (a few minutes) each day. When I mentioned it to him, he said "that's impossible".....upon 2nd contact, he said it's normal for that type of watch to lose maybe about 1 minute per day. So which was it? Impossible or normal to lose a minute a day? Anyway, I returned it within the return period and the dealer claimed that there was $20k in damage to the watch. (sent unverified, more than likely doctored pics showing the so called "damage". A week later, the same watch is listed at the same price as "Like New/Unworn". Did the so called $20k in damages just disappear? BEWARE!!!
