I've been in the Automotive business for 48yrs. Recently purchased a 41 Rat rod but done up like a show car. Needed to have it hauled from Indiana to NH in February. Turns out to be a snow storm here in the North East from the time the driver left Indiana all the way to NH. Jackie the Sales rep I dealt with from my 1st call to the delivery was exceptional. Great communication fair pricing and above all perfect customer service. Vehicle showed up two days earlier than scheduled in perfect condition in an enclosed trailer as promised. The driver a Ukrainian that's only been here in the US 2 months is a great guy. I would recommend US LUXURY Tranport to all.

So my Porsche had been in the shop for around 10 months due to widely known supply chain issues that they have been having. When it was finally ready I called Jackie at Luxury Shippers he got my car transported from Houston to Chicago in under 48 hours. The car looked showroom new when it came off the trailer also! Can't recommend Luxury Shippers Highly enough! Will use again for sure!

I really needed my car to go from Denver to Philadelphia within a 6-day window and none of the other services would commit to that. Jackie said he would do his best and the car arrived 4 days after pick-up! I had good communication with the driver throughout and the delivery was very convenient. U.S. Luxury Shippers truly lived up to their name. I have transported my cars many times in the past and they were by far the best. I had my 2021 Range Rover moved from Illinois to Georgia in a hard sided trailer with a lift gate and it was picked up and delivered within 2 days of my first contact with the company. They were professional, kept me updated every step along the way and I got my baby in perfect condition. I will definitely be reaching out to these guys again.

I contacted US Luxury Shippers online and got a quote very fast.

After this, it was radio silence for couple of days until the day before pick up to tell me that the drivers were 1 day ahead of schedule. they picked up the car and delivered it on time (even before expected) and without issues.

The drivers were very good but the communication was just bad!
Every time I tried to call them I ended up on voicemail which was very annoying and stressful!
No signs of them since the pick-up, I received a charge on my card for the remaining amount, which is fine but just the way they operate is weird...

With all the horror stories in car shipping USLS was 100% on-point, spot-on and true to their word. I did an enclosed for my exotic. My car was picked up the next day and I received it two days later. Miami to Chicago. The driver always answered when I called him along the way. I will definitely use them again if needed. This was the easiest transport I have ever encountered. Jackie was professional and responsive. The car was picked up on time and delivered early in excellent condition. I have moved many vehicles across the US and this was by far the best experience to date. I highly recommend them and will use their service in the future. They might not be the cheapest....but you get what you pay for. 5 stars!
