Re my review in 2022 when everything seemed "rosy". It turns out that this company is "pulling a Ponzi". 6 months without dividends being paid, proven lies into the bargain. Be very careful if dealing with the owner and managing Director, whos name I have been asked to remove from this review, you will receive lots of smooth talk to start with but little substance after...can't say too much online due to police/legal matters

The is Company and its Director turned out to be complete scam artists. Failed to communicate at all despite numerous attempts. False promises, followed by absenteeism from even having the common decency to be honest with it's investors. I hope this man never manages another company ever again.

I am a bit surprised, some of them have rated the business good in 2022 ...do they still stand/agree with their ratings?
The Seller/Salesmen of the business is neither in communication with potential investor/s nor has he paid the agreed payments since October. Unsure, how this fellow is able to lead a normal life at the expense of hard earned monies of the investors.

I am an investor in this business and suffering from defaulted payments . Reasons given last year about business difficulties are unsupported by facts. The promotor is not picking up any calls , provide any trustworthy information or any alternate repayment plan.

There is a sudden loss of communication with the CEO. The financial stability of the company has deteriorated due to transactions that went bad and are causing delays in the production of the cottages. The quarterly distributions weren’t paid in late December to the investors.

Very professional company. Made our first overseas investment seamlessly with marvelous staff. They answered many questions with infinite patience and understanding. Thank you.

Shopped around a lot for a buy to let holiday home and this made total financial sense. Very knowledgeable company and I've been paid on time to date. Would recommend.

We had been exploring the option of buying a buy to let holiday home for quite some time. When we looked at Luxury Holiday Business they are by far the most attractive holiday homes we have seen for sale and the locations of the resorts are second to none. We were actually quite sceptical at first and did a lot of research on the developer and the management company and are totally satisfied with our due diligence. Every three months we are paid on time and we even have a discount on holidays as an owner. Overall we are totally satisfied with the service and would be glad to recommend this company. 5 stars.

My wife and I have been looking at the UK holiday market for a number of years and have experienced first hand how profitable it can be to do short term lets. What drew us to Luxury Holiday Business at first was the exceptionally high quality of the resorts and lodges compared to others as well as the good customer service we've received to date. We bought a very beautiful holiday lodge last year, off plan, and we have been paid every three months on time as promised and in full. We were nervous at first so we went to their offices in Manchester and also did a viewing on the site close to York and met the owner and felt totally at ease. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the business plan is solid. We did a lot of research into the management company also and have a lot of confidence in their ability to let out and manage our asset. All in all they are very highly regarded by us and we have referred them to our friends. We look forward to enjoying our owners discount on holidays too.

I bought a holiday lodge last year from Luxury Holiday Business as a buy to let investment and from the first contact they were extremely knowledgeable about the industry and very professional. I've been paid on time every quarter and I have no complaints. I have since recommended to friends and they have the same opinion. Best in the business.
