Great Selection
It was easy to navigate to what I was after. Being able to order a lot of samples for free was helpful. Nice touch with a Yorkshire tea bag and a biscuit. Chris was very helpful via email or phone. I was able to book a convenient delivery day.
I would definitely recommend/use again.

Very Disappointed
Really disappointed.
I was hoping to return 2 packs of flooring and was just one day outside the 30-day return period. I was told there was “no leeway whatsoever”. I understand businesses have policies, but surely some discretion can be shown when it’s literally one day?
What makes this more frustrating is that they count weekends as part of the 30 days, despite being closed on weekends when customers cannot contact them. I had also been trying to resolve matters, with my last correspondence being 10 days ago.
There were also issues with my original flooring delivery, with 1–2 packs arriving damaged throughout. These had to be replaced, which delayed my fitter and caused further inconvenience through no fault of my own.
When I called today, Laiza was not particularly helpful and repeatedly said, “nothing I can do, I’m afraid.” I appreciate that she may be limited by company policy, but that is not the kind of customer service I would expect. There was no attempt to look at the circumstances, offer an alternative or escalate the matter.
The whole experience has felt very much like “the policy is the policy, and that’s your problem”, rather than any willingness to help or show common sense.
I understand that companies need policies, but customers are human and circumstances happen. Being one day late should surely warrant some discretion, especially considering the issues and delays I had already experienced with the order.
Very disappointed with the lack of flexibility and the way this has been handled.
