Needed to write this review because the communication and efficiency I received from Wesley was amazing.
Due to our circumstances changing we had to change our plans and after all his work we were unable to go through with the booking.
Usually and understandably one would be upset but the professional way Wesley conducted himself made me warrant to write this review.
I would not hesitate to recommend Luxury Escape Capetown. Thank you Wesley.

Wesley at Cape Town Luxury Escapes was excellent, he was attentive and couldn't do enough to help. I organised the trip for my boss and her family and the feedback has been amazing. They have said they would love to stay in the same house next time they visit.

I would 100% recommend the company and want to thank Wesley for all the support in planning a wonderful trip.

Where do I start? There were so many issues with our property that we asked for 50% back but in the end only got 25% back. There was nothing luxurious about it apart from a nice view of the sea. It started when the door handle (solid metal) fell onto my foot as it was not even partly attached to the front door.
The front door lock got stuck so we had to leave the door unlocked the entire day. Then had to wait for two hours the next morning for someone to replace it.
One blind was completely broken blocking our view of the sea.
The one glass panel was dangerously wobbly and could have given way if anyone leaned against it.
The walls were splattered with paint above the stove; there was a foot print on the wall; the carpets were disgustingly dirty and stained; the edge of the bath was rusted. There was a huge amount of water damage/ mould in the bathroom shelves; there were cracks in the shelves of the fridge. The place was dirty with dirt caked onto the aircon unit and dirty windows. I can go on and on. We had the offer of an entire team coming in on one of our days of holiday (we only had 7 days!) whilst they try to fix some of the things. We declined and asked for 50% back instead. They eventually gave us 25%. The property company looking after the apartment were extremely unprofessional. The only property management emplpoyee I would recommend was the handyman who fixed the lock in front door.

The property was beautiful and have all the amenities suitable for big family!

Our stay at Villa Sekoma was fantastic. Martene from Cape Luxury Escapes and the team from Nox Villas were super responsive and professional. The property was in top notch condition. Highly recommended!

The service was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was stunning and exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely use you again, thanks for everything!

I had such an amazing stay in with Cape Town Luxury Escapes in Camps Bay. The booking process was super smooth, the responses timely and the staff friendly. Definitely not the last time we will see each other!
