I was searching everywhere for a discontinued Aynsley gold teapot to complete my dinner service, but it seemed impossible to find — especially as the entire Aynsley factory has now closed. Luxury Dining truly went above and beyond by monitoring availability across other retail shops and eventually managing to source the teapot when no one else could.

Their dedication and effort to complete my dinner service was outstanding and showed genuine care, not just a standard transaction. I had noticed some unpleasant feedback online beforehand, but I can honestly say that this was not my experience at all. My order was handled professionally, communication was clear, and everything was fulfilled within the timeframe they set from the outset.

The teapot arrived exactly as described and completed my set perfectly. I’m extremely grateful for the extra mile they went and would happily recommend and trust Luxury Dining Ltd for future purchases.

I was looking for the Harrods Christmas Alfie Bear 2025 as a special Christmas gift, but unfortunately Harrods had completely sold out. Luxury Dining were incredibly helpful from the start and managed to source the bear when it seemed impossible to find elsewhere.

They were also very transparent and reassuring — explaining that they had recently changed website platforms and that a small number of orders had been delayed or gone missing during the transition. To give extra peace of mind, they even offered the option to pay in person, which I really appreciated and found very professional.

The bear arrived perfectly and is absolutely beautiful — exactly what you’d expect from a Harrods Christmas collectible. The service was honest, proactive, and genuinely went the extra mile. I would definitely trust Luxury Dining Ltd again and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

BUYERS BEWARE. Very plausable web site, they advertise, take your money but don’t deliver. London phone number never gets answered. Don’t reply to emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

It’s a scam. Should have read the reviews before, but I did not. They take the money and disappear, no way to contact them

Zero stars! Stay away from this online store! It takes your money, you get an order confirmation, but you get no response to your inquiries, neither by email nor phone, and most likely you will not receive any goods either.

If I could give 0 stars I would, no communication, no response to emails, phone not answered.

AVOID at all costs!
I don't think this is a real company at all... I placed an order using paypal as my payment method. I received no confirmation email, several days went by, no communication at all / no parcel tracking details etc.
I tried emailing and messaging on facebook with no response, the phone just gets cut off.
Luckily I was able to raise a dispute with paypal (thankfully luxurydining didn't even contest it) and got my refund that way.

I wanted to buy some expensive glasses, but after reading the bad reviews about this company I asked them how we could manage the purchase. I proposed to pay on delivery. They told they have a system to pay 30 days after the order but, when I tried, it didn’t work so they insisted for me paying immediately by bank transfer. Of course I did not.
It seems they are fraudulent…. Be careful!

Absolutely fraudulent. I ordered expensive items totally over $2,000 over a month ago. Repeated emails to them go un responded to and there is no way to call. They immediately charged my credit card but no response and no receipt of items. Definitely going to review everywhere I can and report everywhere I can.

This company appears to be fraudulently trading. They are still live and accepting orders, taking money and then not delivering. They are uncontactable which leads me to believe that this is not a legitimate business. I have reported them now to the NCSC as they need to be shut down.

We ordered expensive glasses from this site in November 2022 for over £200. These have not been delivered to date (mid January 2023). When i call the phone goes to answering machine immediately, and repeated emails have not been responded to, aside from one where the response was that they 'they will look into it'. Have asked for money back, but have not received a response. This is basically a scam website. DO NOT USE.
