Was looking for a new unworn two tone royal blue Rolex Submariner to give as a birthday present in June. Talked to three ADs and got the waiting list run around. LB had what I was looking for in a brand new 2026 model. I contacted Alex at LB about the watch. We agreed to a price, which was essentially the same as I would have paid an AD after local sales tax. I wired the money and promptly received the watch via Fed Ex. Very pleased that the watch was as advertised. Brand new, in the box with all the papers. LB has all my future business.

Dito offered me a very competitive price on the Panerai timepiece offered on the website, and when he delivered the watch it was in much better cosmetic and working condition than the website indicated, and he replaced the strap for free as well. Working with LB/Salesperson “Dito” was the smoothest online trade I’ve ever done by far. I Traded 3 watches for one heavy hitter(for me). LB offered me considerably more in trade for my watches than EVERY other Grey Market dealer I engaged with & I enquired & received offers from several online & my favorite(& only) local dealer. After having received the offers from around 10+ dealers, when I received the trade offer response from LB I had to do a double-take because it was so much higher than the others. I’m talking about a $500-$1000 higher on each watch(a Speedmaster, Chronomaster Sport & and Explorer II(Black Dial)). So these weren’t $100k watches where $500-$1000 wasn’t a large percentage of the value. They also gave me the best trade price I could find on a brand new 2025 Rolex GMT Master II “Bruce Wayne”. Like I said above, Dito was a pleasure to work with. Prompt, no BS, gave me their best offers right from the jump & made everything clear & easy as the process moved forward. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Good customer service experiences are few and far between in the current “competency crisis” we are suffering through. So this transaction was really refreshing & gave me hope.
