Bought the 13.5 tog Superking Siberian goose down duvet at start of year when it was on offer. Took about a week to puff up fully, a few pockets were noticeably less filled than others, but, overall, seemed ok, so packed away ready for winter use. Whilst it's super toasty, the cloud like sensation is ruined by the constant rustling. The outer casing sounds like its made of plastic. I have now put our old John Lewis one back on as its just too noisy, unless you lie v still. Tried contacting Luxury Bedding company on 3 seperate occasions to ask about this, alas, they haven't replied. Disappointing.

In short, I have taken the service several times. I really like their food. In one word, amazing.

I am very dubious about buying anything online from a company I haven't heard of. This was one of my more expensive purchases, but definitely worth it. I purchased a 100% goose down double duvet just over a month & it's been lovely, especially with the cold snap we had. I was also able to speak to someone on the telephone & via email with any questions I had before and after my purchase.

Very good experience! The duvet arrived weithin two days and is beautifully soft and feels so luxurious.

Purchased an all seasons 100% Siberian Goose Down, 13.5 tog, King size, in September 2022.

3 months of use to date... Amazing warmth and comfort. London currently in the middle of a sub zero oC snap and this duvet wraps me in coziness throughout my night's sleep without once feeling too hot. Wish I'd purchased years ago.

I have not bought any item at Luxury Bedding Company, but I give one star because this company has no certificate for the origin of the down and feathers according to ethical standards (RDS, Downpass).

I purchased two Hungarian Goosedown pillows a few months ago and recently had a slight quality issue with them. I contacted Customer Services who immediately arranged to replace these pillows with new ones. These were delivered promptly and the others were picked up by the delivering courier for return. I purchased the king size 13.5 tog Siberian goose down duvet.
Is it worth the money, you bet. It arrived well packed in its own bag, this duvet is well filled, very fluffy and very soft. Warm and comfortable as it should be. I couldn’t be more pleased to have found, the Luxury Bedding company. A great product and great service. I would recommend this company to everyone. Best wishes Alan

Bought a super-king Siberian goose down all season set (4.5 + 9 ) duvet from this company to add to a 13.0 siberian bought many years ago. I need some extra warmth like everyone this winter. The tie tags on the side make joining any combination easy and the quality, price and delivery times (very good) make this company worthy of writing a review. The siberian set is very light and very warm with the right combination a great nights sleep. Like others have found Tony comes back to answer your questions or issues quickly.

This company sells top quality products at competitive prices. They go that extra mile too. I have shopped with them a couple of times and cannot praise them highly enough. Staff are really lovely.

I bought a super-king Hungarian goose down,15 tog, duvet from this company and I am absolutely thrilled with it. Initially, on unpacking, the duvet was unpleasantly smelly, even after a couple of days airing, so I contacted the company to state my concerns. ‘Tony’ replied within 24 hrs, apologised and offered to have the duvet collected and provide a full refund. However, on day 4 the odour has significantly subsided and I plan to use it tonight - very exciting! The outstanding quality of the workmanship and the luxurious feel of the duvet are very impressive, easily as good as the other two top brand down-filled duvets that I own.
