Ethan heard our requests from the start and tried everything to accommodate us. What he really did was hear what we needed not just what we wanted. Ethan made every effort to facilitate our wishes and then came up with something completely outside of the box, which we never looked at and which has brought us so much happines because it's just exactly what we needed, we just didn't know. Golden Triangle tour
Thank you to Ian, Arthur and Akshay whose combined efforts made our holiday to India truly special. Ian helped us tailor the itinerary and accommodation in the planning phase. Corbin our travel agent, beat every quote we had got from other travel agents and even going direct to the resort, by alot! I wanted a split stay at Siyam World for myself, my husband and my parents... staying in a 2 bedroom lagoon villa and a 2 bedroom beach pool villa. I had asked a Siyam World Facebook group for recommendations and most recommended Luxtripper. So I thought id give it go! I am so pleased I did because we have managed to get 2 extra nights and a split stay for the price of going direct with BA for 7 nights!! If you need travel agent please look no further! Ask for Corbin, you wont regret it!

Review of LuxTripper and Aravinda (local operator in Vietnam)
We booked a tour of Vietnam followed by a week in Krabi, Thailand, and both LuxTripper and our fantastic local Vietnamese operational travel agent deserve a mention.
LuxTripper were super efficient in organising and quoting; however, the pressure sometimes felt like too much, which put me off slightly. That said, I travelled with them last year and had a good experience with good prices, so I was happy to give them another go. Once the itinerary was confirmed, we received excellent communication and relevant documentation in good time.
However, be aware that some of the hotels, although listed as 4-star, are more like a good 3-star. Our hotel in Hanoi was under renovation and a little further out than hoped, and the same was true in Hoi An, we certainly got our steps in! However, the cruise on Halong Bay was exceptional - one of the most beautiful holiday experiences.
My only notes are that apart from the hotels being further from the centre, when booking our flights we found our main international flight had a 23kg luggage allowance, but some of the internal flights only allowed 20kg. Although this was in the small print, it should have been flagged to us, as we were charged £50 for being 2kg over on one bag. I did raise this with LuxTripper, but they haven’t responded.
On the plus side, all transfers ran like clockwork, and whenever we had a question they resolved it quickly. I also have to highlight our guardian angel in Vietnam, Queenie, who worked for the local travel agent Aravinda. She was brilliant, she communicated with us throughout the trip, checked in on us, and even arranged for our water bottle to be sent on after it was left behind on the boat in Halong Bay.
The Vietnam tour is highly recommended. We added a few extra day trips ourselves, which gave us an amazing experience of a beautiful country, and we also tagged on some beach time in Thailand before heading home.

I dealt with Hugo who was amazing! He was very patient with me as I did move the goal posts a few times ! Our holiday was a three centre one to Lake Garda/Verona/Venice for 2027. This was my first experience with Luxtripper and I am very satisfied by the level of service I received from Rob. For our expectations, I gave Rob a very tight budget to work with. Rob went above and beyond to find a lovely holiday to suit our family of 4.
