Poor comms and denials
As a number of reviews state they are great up to the booking stage but once the deposit has been paid the communication dries up. Furthermore we recommended friends to book the same holiday us to the value of £10k. I was told we would be looked after as a result of the referral but Luxtripper went to great lengths to deny this and offered vouchers for another trip which are not relevant! Based on our experience we would definitely not recommend Luxtripper but will use Audley Travel in future as recommended by several friends

Simple process and friendly staff
Have just booked our holiday for next year, we used the query system via Whatsapp. The advisor Jimmy was very friendly and helpful. Made the process very simple and helped us customise the holiday how we wanted. Cant wait to go on this holiday, and cant recommend them enough as of yet. Very reasonable price, beats any other quotes for the same holiday.

Thailand trip booking
Always a bit unsure about using live chat on sites. Once had initial reply asked for email and telephone number and all communication was through what’s App which did make looking at hotels and options very easy with links. First time I have done this process but was excellent and Douglas was extremely helpful in pulling together our 2 week multi centre trip to Thailand, even though we changed dates, hotels, options many times he was very patient and his recommendations very generally better than ours. The final details are emailed and extremely clear to understand. The whole process in booking has been excellent and would highly recommend.

Excellent service
Excellent service from the moment we landed in India. We were met by a company representative at the airport walked to car and driver for the week the wonderful Mr AJay. We have explored the Golden Triangle and Ranthambore. We had a reps and guides at each point and always had Timmy who we could call call along the way should we have any questions. This trip was booked over 2 years ago in preparation for my 50th birthday in June this year. In January my husband became very ill and I considered cancelling - however I am glad we trusted Lux Tripper - I felt safe and well looked after along the way. I have to mention Mason our booking manager in the UK who has also assisted us along the way.
There was one little hiccup - and that was that we were dissatisfied with our view at the hotel on Ranthambore - a quick email to Mason and a WhatsApp to Timmy soon resolved this. We are off to Sri Lanka now and then onto the Maldives and we can’t wait 😊 We have received exemplary service from booking to the end of our India leg of our adventure .
