I strongly advise against engaging Lux…

I strongly advise against engaging Lux Solar in Western Australia. In my experience, the company has failed to honour its warranty obligations and has not responded to calls or text messages. Their lack of communication and accountability raises serious concerns about reliability and customer service.

If you are considering solar panels, I recommend seeking out a provider with a proven track record of professionalism and support. Lux Solar has not demonstrated either.
