The Terrace with the wysteria was absoutely extraordinary. The rest of the apartment is lovely and spacious and QUIET.

Apartment in a perfect location for the Vaporetti & just far enough away from the hoards without being too far from all the sights. Lovely accommodation, just as described with a well equiped kitchen. Good communication before trip, on arrival & during our stay. We would all happily return here & recommend it to others.

The apartment was fantastic, the quality of the decor was exceptional and contemporary. We were in Venice as a family and the apartment allowed us to enjoy a beautiful home environment.
Kitchen and laundry facilities were a bonus when travelling for extended periods.

We have had a wonderful stay again in Venice at the Giudecca Loft.

This is an apartment that has style and panache even if it is that of the 60s and 70s.
There are two balconies so the sun can be found at all times of the day.
There are three bedrooms so lots of space.
There are two showers, two toilets and a bath so no crises over bathroom access.
The apartment is situated on a street that was originally designed in the 1500s and has its water points in place. There is a supermarket at the end of the road and it is equidistant between San Zaccaria and Ospidale vaporetto stops. It is quiet. There is a small TV.
On the down side it is up 45 stairs at the top of the building, the kitchen equipment is quirky and the power points aren't always well thought out.

Very convenient place to stay a few days and visit Venise. Quiet and comfortable except bed and shower which need to be both repaired. Warmfull welcome by Massimo. Thanks

I loved my Luxrest apartment during my Venice stay. It was beautiful designed, spacious, and in the perfect location. Barbara helped me find the perfect place to fit my family’s needs while vacationing. When we arrived in Venice they gave us clear directions to get to the correct vaporetto dock and Riccardo from Luxrest met us there and walked us to our apartment. This was the best accommodations we had during our entire trip to Italy. Thank you, Luxrest!

I warmly recommend this rental agency! The location of the apartment we rented (Santa Giustina) was ideal, combining calm and proximity to a lot of restaurants, bars, shops, transportations and, of course, all the major touristic sposts of Venice. Your service was good, my apprehension to giving a higher rating was the quality of the property as it requires a serious refresh. The property itself was particularly modest in condition and was minimalistic in terms of nice touches in the kitchen as compared to lots of other short-term tourist rentals we have stayed in.
It also took a long time to rectify issues we identified.
