Trove Sigarenhumidor cederhout – Bruin Hygrometer & LED, Humidor,
Originally, I bought the one with the Panorama glass. By the looks, I loved it. Elegant & classy and could fit in most environment and enrich it. There was a problem to it unfortunately. Namely the cedar wood was not attached to each other properly at its glass and it caused the item sealing issues. That specific room smelled cedar, and I do love the smell of it, but combining it with a constantly slowly decreasing humification level inside the humidor, it got me concerned that it would damage my cigars.
I contacted support and explained the issue and they responded very quickly and acted almost instantly to solve the matter. They offered me a replacement, which I liked but then I offered them if I can pay a difference and upgrade my humidor to a bigger and better one. We come to an agreement and they sent my humidor after I sent the one I got back.
It is now operating now close to 2 weeks. I wanted to wait to see how this one operates before writting a review and I am fully satisfied with it. I did perform a proper seasoning act on it just like on the previous one and this one now been holding the same levels of humification as the Bovedas I put them in (69%)
It ranges between 68-69%. Very stable no issues and it is a beatiful piece of humidor.
