This is my second review for Luxe phone case. I am located in the United States and when ordering just know that it will take up to three weeks to probably get your item. However, once I received it, it was a great quality for the price and every time I contacted customer service they got right back to me within 24 hours

Poor quality and cannot return

Ordered four cases—two for an iPhone 16 Pro Max and two for an iPhone 17. The 16 Pro Max cases didn’t fit properly, and the included wrist straps were flimsy and wouldn’t attach securely. I emailed customer service several times requesting a return label and even offered to cover return shipping, but I haven’t received a label or any return instructions. After upgrading to the iPhone 17, I tried the other two cases and was also dissatisfied. I still can’t get a return label or guidance on how to send them back. Poor products and worse customer service.

Useless and no response for return

I requested a return three times no response at all, the phone case does not work while on charger. Useless
