SCAMMERS

Company is based in holland but are dropshipping direct from china

claim 6-8 days delivery time, now on to the 11th day without any tracking - customer services are useless

Do Not Buy here!
Overpriced stuff that you order will not be delivered!
Instead they will come up with the story that your ordered Item was lost by the courier and will offer you a cheap replacement for the same price (judging by other reviewers with same experience).
When you cancel the order it will take ages before getting your money back. Also they are only available via E-Mail if your lucky.

I think the scam is that people that do not pro-actively go behind there money will get nothing

BEWARE: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

1. You have about a 25% chance that they will send you your product, if you buy it and they don't have it OR you want a refund? Forget it - bye bye money. ( They are very well known scammers - go pt. 3)

2. They DO NOT ever give you back money after cancelation - I didn't even receive my product and didn't get my money back. I had to get my payment merchant to get involved and send legal documents.

3. They try to control the "Bad Coverage" about them like for example these reviews here on trustpilot. They will flag certain reviews for " No credibility" and if the reviewer can't give more information in a certain time period - the review is removed.

THEY BOTH OPERATE UNDER THE SAME COMPANY (TVOUTLET.TV)

WHEN YOU FLAG A REVIEW - IT GETS TAKEN OFF PUBLIC VIEW FOR THE WHOLE PERIOD OF INVESTIGATING THE FLAGGED REPORT.

**Negative Customer Service Experience**

I had a very challenging experience with communication and order fulfillment at this store. After placing order #129993 and making the payment, I received very limited information regarding the status of my shipment. I was lacking a tracking number and clear information about the availability of the ordered product.

Furthermore, the company proposed changing my ordered product to cheaper one but I chose more expensive model (Samsung Q-series HW-Q600C). Additionally, after the original shipment was lost, I was offered a product change even though I had already paid for the initial order.

Overall, the customer service experience was very disappointing. The lack of responses to my inquiries and the uncertainties about product availability and fees make it difficult for me to recommend this store to other customers.
I hope that the company takes steps to improve the quality of customer service and communication transparency to ensure a better shopping experience in the future.

It's a scam, no TV and no money back after 2 months

luxeoutlet is operated by Rubiconcepts BV, there are also behind Electrovoordeel and tvoutlet websites (you can read similar negative reviews there).

I order a TV on 1st March 2024 (order number #129954)
On 11th of March, I send an inquiry to check about the status order (as I did not receive any update from them at all) after 1 day answered that the item was out of stock so requested a refund. Back and forth communicating with them over 10+ mails, almost 2 calendar months (24 working days) and I did not get the money back!

First I thought they were incompetent and did not know how to process refunds but after reading other reviews I realised it well a planned online scam and they sent the exactly the same emails with the same excuses to other clients waiting for refunds.
