The website looks good, they sent a coat which didn’t look anything like what I ordered, cheap and horrible
I tried to return they offered 50% refund, but I ended up paying £16 to return it to ROMAINIA! It’s now been returned to me so I am £48 out of pocket

Very dishonest. Bought 3 tops which to my dismay arrived and were the worst quality of any fabric I've seen. Chinese clothes, sent directly from China with the customer services based in Romania. Tried to return the goods (at my expense) and they have been returned. you also need to pay VAT on returned goods for some reason.They offered my 50% refund which I took but they still haven't paid that a month later!!! AVOID

Completely unacceptable and dishonest. They are NOT based in Covent Garden, London, as their website states. I bought a pair of shoes that were meant to be UK size 10, they were shipped directly from China in about 10 working days but were UK size 8.5. Asked to return the shoes, using their no-quibble guarantee and was told that I had to return them at my expense. I pointed out that their website stated otherwise (with screenshots to prove it) and was just given the runaround and fobbed off with pathetic excuses. In the end I raised a complaint with my credit card provider and they provided a full refund, presumably deducting the funds from Luxeoutfit (I hope). Please avoid at all costs.

I would rate zero stars!

It’s a scam. What is sent is not what was purchased. Super low quality, completely different material and style.

Do not order from this website under any circumstances. I paid £50 for a jacket, but what arrived was nothing like the advertised picture – cheap, poorly made rubbish. When I asked for a refund, they only offered me £15 to keep the item or to return it at my own expense, which would cost £22 in shipping. Absolutely unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and AVOID this site at all costs.

This website is a total SCAM. Do not under any circumstances order from them. I ordered a shirt and the item received is nothing like the picture and is just poorly made rubbish. I asked for an address to send back and get a refund and they do not respond.

Great company and really friendly customer service. Had an issue with sizing of the clrks shoes I ordered. But customer service was really helpful, resolved quickly and I can’t really fault them.

P.s arrived a lot faster than expected aswell

They eventually delivered the completely wrong shoes, I emailed to request a refund but was offered a replacement if I paid to return thier mistake or a 35%refund of original price or voucher worth 35% but I would still have to pay £19 shipping fee , so more money for wrong shoes , lovely customer service asking how I rated them,.Not heard from them for weeks so good buy my money. TERRIBLE company AVOID them

Purchased a Linen jacket, received cotton shirt. When asked for a full refund, was offered a discount on next purchase. When asked again for full refund was offered a larger discount on next purchase. They have now put a block on my emails. Looks like I have lost my money. What they have done amounts to THEFT/FRAUD which are criminal acts. Lesson learned.

LUXEOUTFIT turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made shopping online. The website comes across as presentable and professional, and the fact that the business claims to be based in The Netherlands was a plus. Unfortunately, after placing the order, I soon found out that the item was being shipped from China, and took over a week to deliver. I also found out (too late) that the cost of returned items is borne by the customer. The item was SHODDY in terms of quality and looked so CHEAP!! compared to what I paid. This company is DISINGENUOUS and if you value your money, I’d advise you to not BUY anything from them.

Awful service. They’re based in China (they don’t tell you that) and despite initially telling me my order would arrive in 6 days it took more than 20 days to arrive. They ignore emails and don’t respond to complaints. AVOID!!

Very satisfied with my purchase from Luxeoutfit. The delivery was done in 4 days and the product was well packed, with the original case. Recommend!

I bought a great fancy watch with all tags and original box. It was free delivery and it took 3 days to have it. I recommend to buy from this company, very professional and customer friendly.
