Outstanding Service from Start to Finish

This company is by far the best I have ever worked with. They are developing my Women Empowered brand from the ground up—building a stunning website, designing an impressive logo, and setting up my Google and Facebook pages.

The team has been with me every step of the way, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and their “can-do” attitude is refreshing.

A special mention to Nathan—he leads an exceptional team and brings a rare combination of honesty, reliability, and technical skill. He truly understands my vision and product. There’s nothing he can’t do!

Just woeful reading the reviews for this company I am bewildered at the positive nature of many of them. Thankfully I read the negative ones and was able to avoid paying upfront for their services.
I raised my concerns on my initial enquiry about the very negative review and was assured, that I wouldn’t be charged until after they produced my designs. Shortly after they started on my project, a member of staff called Nathan started arguing with me over the phone wanting full payment to proceed, (after they produced two sample designs neither of which followed my brief). Following many many messages with Eric on email and through messenger, over many many weeks they have failed to produce any finished designs. The quality of their work is weak as is their understanding of what is required and of design details. They provided a written quote and had no clue what they agreed to do! Time and time again I had to point out their failings, remind them of the job and contract details and ask for edits, to essentially something AI had already generated; so it was minor adjustments only. Promise after promise from Eric got broken. My advice is stay clear of this company or don’t pay upfront. That way when they fail to produce designs you are not left out of pocket. I gave them a second chance after the staff member demanding money and poor first graphic design attempts; they just failed miserably!
I now understand that they have asked Trust Pilot to ask me for more details or my post may get taken down!
If I could post screen shots I would do so but Luxe can check their own records not that they seem to keep any!
Just to add to the above, after a week not hearing from them after they said they were busy, I sent a refresh of the edit info with some photos. They sent me back a quote and said they would love to work with me. I needed to pay £199 upfront. They had no clue I was an existing client waiting for work from them!

I’m beyond thrilled with my new logo and website. Luxe Logo Designers not only gave my brand a fresh look but also helped me develop a comprehensive branding strategy. The animated logo adds a professional touch to my online presence. Highly recommended!

We engaged this company for logo design and their enterprise package services without checking reviews beforehand, a decision we deeply regret. The quality of work delivered was subpar, leading us to request cancellation of the enterprise service for which we had already paid. Despite approximately 20 phone calls where they assured us of a refund, over 10 days have passed without receiving our money back. More than the financial loss, this ordeal has cost us countless hours, even days. Additionally, the address provided for invoicing is fake, and there is no record of them under their name in the Company House registry. Please be cautious; this company appears to be dodgy.​

The website they built is clean and user-friendly. Took a bit longer than expected, but the final result was worth it.

I want to warn everyone about Luxe Logo Designers and their fraudulent business practices. I was scammed by them, and I urge you not to fall for their trap.

After they failed to deliver a professional design, I immediately requested a refund, which they agreed to—but that was just another lie. Instead of processing it, they kept dragging me in circles, trying to convince me to continue with the job over and over again.

WARNING: Their Refund Is a SCAM!
They claimed my refund was "under process", but in the UK, refunds are instant—this delay is completely fraudulent.
They wasted over 4 hours of my time with endless excuses, refusing to return my money.
I finally blocked them, realizing they had no intention of refunding me.
I HAVE ALL THE PROOF: I have full messaging history, invoice details, and evidence of their lies.
Serious Red Flags – Possible Money Laundering
🔴 Their company name does not match the invoice name.
🔴 Their bank account details do not match their company name—a huge warning sign.
🔴 These discrepancies suggest fraudulent financial activity, possibly even money laundering.
🔴 I will be reporting them to HMRC immediately.
