Luxe Du Jour Reviews 

I used both Luxe Du Jour to buy my Rolex from and also used their bag repair services. I’m totally happy with the repairs because the price was affordable and the timing was under a month which most places tell me 3+. The Rolex I got was truly 10/10 new with the full set which I am big on. I avoided other resale sites because I want a full a set and to see the condition is as stated. I’m extremely pleased with this because I’ve gotten scammed on other watch sites before. I had the Rolex I bought looked at by my watch guy as well and it was 100 percent authentic, so I would easily shop again at Luxe Du Jour.

I work with Megan in the Calgary location. We have only communicated by text and I can assure you that in a few months that I’ve started shopping at luxe, I have purchased several bags. Megan was always available to answer any questions, even when she may not have been “on the clock”. I see her opinions before I purchase any bag and really trust her. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

Luxedujour has been a fantastic company to deal with from start to finish. The major factor in our decision to purchase from this secondary retailer over the others is the condition and contents of the bag we purchased. It came the the previous owners service records and all original contents. Very happy. I will definitely be shopping with them in the future.

I had a great selling experience through Luxe du jour. They paid within a few days, didn't try to lower the amount, and gave me fair quotes.

I ordered an expensive bag from their website. They won’t deliver it to my door, so it sits at Canada post for an extra 24 hours. I go to pick it up the next day when I finally can, and their box is SOAKED THROUGH. The patina is now a much darker color and the bag is moldy smelling and moist as it’s been sitting in water for who knows how long! I will never order from luxe du jour again. Their quality of service and product is awful. Most handbag resale places put handbags in a display box/extra box so as to keep the condition of the bag safe. My bag is not what I paid for. It is now ruined. I’m so upset.

Edit: luxe du jour promptly got back to me regarding my concerns and accepted my bag as a return due to water damage.

Hopefully going forward they give customers the option to have the bag just delivered at home and their packaging improves!
Had my bag not sat at Canada post warehouse damage may not have happened and its very disappointing.

Bought chanel woc beige on Luxedujour live and it was fast shipping and almost new condition. Box doesn’t come with it and I wanted to buy it from them but they threw it for FREE! They surprised me and said no box available and I received it in shock! Thank you Luxedujour for fast service and guaranteed authentic!

They sell authentic bags but they did not tell me fully the condition of them.

I bought 3 bags with them, 1 of the bags has a logo worn out mark underneath, the other bag bag was a lil crooked on one 1 side and they did not clean the inside of the bags.

None of these flaws were either listed in the description or in the photos.

And when you email them, they did respond but not much of the talking.

Very active & responsive on Instagram though.
