the hair i ordered was supposed to bve…
the hair i ordered was supposed to bve 200-210g but only came to 179g when i weighed was brittle loads of split ends and didn't move when i held it up they have changed their supplier and is like ali express drop shipping hair

also my hair care i use is sulphate free more reputable and costs a lot more than the one yours is 1. and 2. i’ve only had them in for just over a week

I am honestly so obssessed with this brand. I really do think that its the best on the market. I love how much information you can find on the website relating to each specific shade along with multiple images per shade. Having multiple image options per product really does make my shopping experience so much easier. As i do find it difficult when many other brand only provide one standard shade image of each product. However luxe by she provide a model image along with the exact product image per application method in each shade and the shade image. This helps immensely when i am ordering hair for my customers and half of the time i do not need to use my colour ring as the online images match perfect every time. And as for the amount of lengh options available i am extremely impressed. I am yet to come across any other brand that has this many options.

First of all how can you not let people know on your website that hair is coming from China ?
Secondly when I email you asking to cancel my order you emailing back saying order has been collected by fedex but actually the label is just created and it's not even been passed to courier yet !!!!
I can't believe I've just waisted my money thinking hair gonna arrive within 4 days latest .

I am super happy with my new hair extensions, beautiful hair color exactly the same as the images online. I ordered 20-22 inch in shade Hollywood bronde and the hair arrived with a little extra cutting length measuring around 23 inch which I am very happy with. The hair is thick all the way to the ends. Very unhappy with quality, colour and under described weight
Very unhappy with colour, poor quality and under the described weight. Tried exchanging however second batch were completely wrong colour, straggly ends and not as described on their website. I have sent product back unused in original packaging and have requested a refund several times, which has been refused. I now have to pursue this further as I am £200 down with no hair extensions. They want to send them back to me, but they are not fit for purpose and I have stated several times that although they claim not to give refunds, consumers are still entitled to a refund if the product is not described and not fit for purpose!!
